“My daughter and I were driving through on our way home from Myrtle Beach and she wanted a good hot dog that wasn't from a fast food place so we googled "good hot dogs near me" and this place came up. We made a detour and stopped to stretch and grab lunch. For under $10 we got 2 delicious hot dogs, fries, and 2 drinks. The place is a charming little hometown cafe, the people are SUPER nice, and the food is great. Next time we get back down this way we will come back!”

“We stopped in for the evening. The restaurant was clean and quiet. We ordered the sirloin steak dinners. Everything was fresh and orderly on the salad bar. The soup pots were full. The waitresses were very nice and acknowledged our presence quickly, kept our drinks filled, and always ready to help. The steaks were hot, and cooked nicely. Smelled fantastic, tasted even better. After a day of driving, and crazy drivers on the road to contend with, having a nice place to sit and have a quiet dinner is all one can ask for.”

“My first time comes I tried the Hammerhead Wrap and a pasta side special that they had. I was very pleased with my meal. Everything was fresh and well prepared. A few of the people in our group created their own bowls with various ingredients and another order a quesadilla. I don't think anybody had any complaints and it was reasonably priced fresh food with a focus on healthy eating. I look forward to coming back.”

They take what I like and switch it into something just as amazing. Their pies are made fresh and mostly from local ingredients. I highly recommend this place.”

One time the owner gave a little girl another ice cream cone for free because she accidentally dropped hers on the sidewalk and to me that is the definition of great customer service! “OK so the seafood is good! Real good! However the time in which I waited for my food was unacceptable. No one should ever have to wait a hour and a half for seafood. It only takes 15 minutes to steam! Word of advice please get some help for the back of the house. Or stop all call in orders after 5pm and focus on the diners and walk-ins. The staff was polite but not really welcoming. I think it’s because they knew that the food was taking forever. One more word of advice. If your a “crabspot” be that. Chicken, oxtails and such even if it is good is not what a crabspot carry. Focus on your brand and master the operations within and you will blow every other seafood joint in Florence out the water.”

“I am a fan of Shane's Rib Shack, but this was probably one of my least favorite experiences. Before I complain I want you to know that I figure this was just an off day and I will be going back, and when I do I will update my review. The lady at the register was extremely friendly but you could tell she was also extremely new and it would have been nice if someone with more experience was there to help her. And the food was alright but a little over cooked, making their chicken a bit dry. That being said, the store was very clean and the lady that served us was extremely professional and friendly.”
