“The exterior of the building is very appropriate for a beach town, the interior is very nice with really elegant chairs and lighting. The coffee was good and they got it to me fast. We sat outside at their tables and it was very nice even being that close to the highway it was not loud or obnoxious.”

“Exceptionally great dinner here on a summer Saturday evening. We did not have reservations - I recommend that you do make reservations - but lucked into getting a table without a wait. We were there early (5:15pm). I had the day's special - Hog Fish with grits & corn. Eat My partner had the Fried Fish Platter. We shared Pineapple be Upside-down Cake with homemade pineapple ice cream for dessert. My fish (Hog Fish???) was fantastic. Great meal. The dessert was oh so good. Good bottle of wine. I'd go back to eat there again in a heartbeat. Rustic Table is more of a date night place vs. taking all the kids. Great way to end a nice summer day.”

“Fantastic service, excellent food from menu - crab cake and Asian ribs apps to special entrees of Halibut with risotto or steak and potatoes. All elegant and perfectly prepared. Easy to miss in the unassuming entrance set back from the road. Dine outside patio, dining room or bar area. Giving Frank's run for their money. Loved it! Parents loved it so much they made reservations for later in the week. Pics are their signature vermilion snapper appetizer. Wow!”

“My family has been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for a couple years now, and this visit we decided to stop at the Hammock Shops Village, where we were excited to find a variety of shops and boutiques, from clothing stores to candy and coffee shops, as well as a jewelery store and a candle shop that I really liked! My personal favorite was the store entirely dedicated to olive oil and balsamic vinegars. But the thing that tied the whole experience together was the atmosphere, as all the shops were secluded, making it like a little village, and the paths between them had plenty of benches, fountains, and flowers. There was something for everyone, and Hammock Shops Village definitely added to the magic of our vacation!”

“We decided to eat here one evening while on vacation at the island. Upon walking in, we loved the outdoor bar. We didn't sit there but I can see how it would be a popular spot! “We have been frequenting Pastaria 811 for several years now and it still is as delicious as it was the first time we ate there. You must try the lasagna as not only is the filling and noodle ratio perfect, but also the lasagna rests in an incredible cream sauce which is absolutely fabulous. Jillian and Anna are both wonderful servers, super attentive, and they make you feel welcome and at home. Calamari is awesome and shrimp bisque is an unexpected treat. Some have commented on the “brown dressing” and “cooked tomatoes” on the salad. These are crazy people and should not be taken seriously. Pastaria does a seasoned tomato and a homemade balsamic on their salad which is divine. It is not your standard salad. All in all this is not only a great restaurant, but also a perfect place for any palate. Love!”

“FANTASTIC! One of the best damn restaurants my lady and I have ever eaten. The food exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The main cooking line is right in front of the bar, so we were able to watch them prepare every portion of our meals. The drinks are absolutely amazing, and the service is incredible. It is owned and operated by a husband and wife who crave to make people smile with their food and their kindness. Truly a gem of a restaurant, they will be in business for many, many years to come.
