Love the new location on Pelham Road. Less crazy busy than the Woodruff Road location. Same great selections, same fast and friendly service, but better maintained. Very clean, and the empty coffee pots are immediately replaced. Had their cinnamon crunch bagel for the first time and loved it. Their breakfast sandwich with roasted tomato in it is very tasty, but the bread (country, I think) is too thin. Opt for it on a bagel, or some thicker, firmer bread.

Love the new building on Pelham. You can order ahead and inside at the keiosk or counter. The large parking lot and drive-through window are nice.

I expected a better salad, but the Cuban sandwich I had was amazing, even with the sweet pickle on it. I didn't like the lack of a traditional tray for food, had to make two trips to get the food.

I really like the kiosk ordering option at Panera. They need to add the NFC icon to show where to hold the phone on these new kiosks at this newly opened location. They have a drive thru, which means they have to quickly turn around time in the kitchen. My to go order came out about 5 minutes after I ordered it. I can only guess the drive thru would have priority. I enjoy their bread bowls, but wish they had a larger soup offer as an option with the bread bowl. The location is convenient and they have a lot of parking available. I have some concern about the sidewalk from the rear to the front, which has about a 10° incline at one point. I also laughed at the sign for the drive thru seen from the front of the building for those coming the wrong direction that says "Do Not Enter" on the left and "Panera" on the right. Maybe the sign makers didn't see that coming. Ah, new store issues. I'll be back again.
