Papa's and Beer

Food is always fantastic and out quickly. Margaritas are always great and consistent. Great prices on draft beer. Our server was very energetic, knowledgeable and helpful. Love the salsa bar. Everything is clean. Great atmosphere. One of my favorite places to hang out alone or meet up with old and new friends!

Ordered a steak taco. It was excellent! Enjoyed the chips and salsa they offered.

Bartender let me know of a new policy (or policy they have already and are now enforcing). He told me that the restaurant is now charging customers $1.99 for the chips they provide IF the customer does not order an alcoholic drink OR food. For example, if you as a custoner just have a Pepsi or ice tea with the chips they provide, they'll charge you for the price of the drink AND $1.99 for the chips.

I personally don't like the policy. I'm aware of other restaurants that provide chips free of charge were you to buy a non-alcoholic drink only. They do have the right to do it, however, just as I and anyone else who reads this has the opportunity to go somewhere else, which provides a better value for the money.

Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in town. Their fajitas are to die for. Always come out sizzling hot and fresh. The enchiladas are also one of my favorite things to get. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Papa's and beer was superb. The service was fast & friendly. The server answered all our questions and did not try to rush us. Their happy hour drink specials go until 7. Good margaritas for 2.50. They have a salsa bar so you can have your favorite. We ordered and our food came in 9 min. The chicken fajitas were seasoned well. The shrimp enchiladas were good. Serving size was generous.
