The food was tasty, but the wait seemed long for the number of people. The servers, like ours who was working, seemed to have difficulty getting to the food and condiments because of the other servers standing in the way. I was getting frustrated watching all this. I saw the hostess cleaning tables, again during a slow time and plenty of tables were open, while people stood waiting at the door to be seated - same had happened to us when we arrived. It just seemed unorganized, making our dining experience not as pleasant as it should have been. So, even with tasty food, I am in no rush to go back anytime soon. Unfortunate.

Friendly atmosphere and service. Beautiful bar, and our bartender was very nice. I think she made one of the best Moscow mules I've ever had. But our food was cold , all four of our dinners. The veggie platter was almost inedible. My short ribs were tender and not fatty, but not piping hot. The chicken and waffles were the favorite, but they were cold. Banana pudding dessert was fantastic. A good ending.

First time here. Love this place. Had the music city melt and it was awesome, my husband had the chicken and waffles which was just as good. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Service was also awesome.

First time here - my overall experience was good.

The atmosphere and restaurant itself is very nice. Well thought out and completely unexpected for what you see from the outside.

We went on a Saturday for brunch. It was quite busy. The Bloody Mary Bar was great! Very good. There was also a bottomless mimosa option. They have a great food options. My eggs Benedict were good and flavorful. The eggs perfectly cooked (not a lot of places get that right when you order eggs Benedict)! Unfortunately my food came out a little cold and it was apparent from some of the other dishes at our table that the food was sitting for a while before it came to our table.

I will be back - look forward to giving Southern Culture another chance on the food and enjoy some good brunch drinks.

Went with group of 6 on a Saturday. Weekend brunch menu was served, but there were plenty of choices for 6 hungry guys. The shrimp & grits were really great, especially if you like sausage in it with just a little kick. All the other meals were enjoyed very much as well, especially their version of chicken & waffles, called "Grandmas Revenge," which I'll likely try on the next visit. Prices were reasonable at $14-$17 average. Service and atmosphere were also good & apparently they often have live music as well.
