Husk Barbeque

Absolutely delicious! So glad this place switched over to BBQ. New take a fried pickles and I am in love! They are sliced long ways maki g for thin, long, crispy fried pickles. If you are a pickle lover, don't miss out on these!!!!! The ribs were fantastic and the mac and cheese and greens beans were mouth watering. They didn't skimp on anything, even my sons kid burger was banging!!! Yall have got to try this place out. Worth every minute and every penny spent! Our server was fantastic as well. The food here is delectable. The sandwich bread seems to be homemade. The black eyed peas made like baked beans is original. All the ingredients are high quality. The brisket is very tender. The brisket portion on the sandwich seems to be small so I ordered an extra plate of brisket. But the small portion it must be because it is high quality and tastes better than most places. It's not sickeningly greasy like most bbq places Id say. It's a high quality bbq place. The bartender is also nice. It's a quiet bar to drink at which I liked. The beer is also quality.

Great BBQ and elevated sides. Smoke is modestly aggressive, sharper than sweet, but balanced by the meats texture and juiciness which is satisfying. Service is spot on. I wanted to buy a pint glass to add to my collection as a conversation piece, but they are unfortunately not for sale. I miss the original Husk but I admire the new focus to BBQ - well done Husk BBQ.

Great experience. Same level of quality you expect from Husk. Perfectly executed BBQ- some of the best brisket I’ve had. The sausage is house made, and seems to change a lot. Their cocktail program same level as before. The bourbon section still the best. Service was top notch as usual. So happy to have them back in Greenville.
