Don't do drive-through. Always go inside. I'm very picky about the pieces of chicken I want and they let me be picky. But 80% of the time they are out of 1 type or another and I have to revise my order. I'm always satisfied when I leave but it does take a little effort to get it right. The staff is great and the chicken is always fresh which is probably why they don't always have everything since they don't have tons of food sitting around. Just don't treat it like a fast food drive-thru where you're going to get the same thing every time.
Had a mean hankering for some fried chicken. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. My stomach appreciated that.
Staff is always friendly and the manager on duty went above and beyond after they had no chicken ready and we had to wait 25 mins for more. Absolutely best experience and customer service
