“We just happened upon this place on a Sunday evening. We were surprised how good and hot the food was. The service was great and they told us that the servers were off and they were all the delivery drivers. I had the Philly Cheese Steak. Hands down it was the best Philly Cheese Steak I have ever had. “Flying Fish is a must stop if you are in North Myrtle Beach and near Barefoot Landing. Service is excellent, the food is always fresh and cooking is consistent. Never had a bad meal here yet whether it is take out, lunch or dinner! They usually have a catch of the day- grouper, swordfish, snapper, etc. The beer, wine and cocktail menu is extensive. It is nice to have options for pairings with your fish and seafood. If you are looking to get fresh seafood, definitely stop here! Not many negatives with my visits here. The only thing I can think of is parking in Barefoot Landing can be horrendous on weekends during peak hours. I had to park pretty far away for dinner one time. Not the restaurant's fault, but something to think about if you have kids or a large group.”

“One of our must haves while at the beach. Hungry Howie's may be a chain, but we do not have on in our part of Atlanta. The salads are fresh, the wings cooked just right and the pizza how you like it. Wide selection of toppings and crusts. They also offer hot subs and Howie rolls. Top your meal off with the cinnamon sticks. Good parking. Shopping center can be a pain to get out of if you have to turn left. Go past the end of the shopping center to find a traffic light.”

“Always good. As a 'local' we want a place near home with great food, super happy hour, and nice staff... and we now have it. We really appreciate the bar and grill food, but with options that are exceptional for the money. And, if we were tourists, The Marina would be that place we'd be reminiscing about as 'a find'. The menu has been improved a little, with a focus on affordable specials that combine two entrees with sides. $15 gets you steak and shrimp or steak and ribs or other similar combinations and they all come with sides. Decor has been moved toward a more upscale experience. Very little wait on a Saturday night and food moved out of the kitchen quick. Overall a pretty good place to eat but nothing special.”

“Really the best barbecue in North Myrtle Beach in my opinion. I normally get takeout, but I thought I'd take my family with two young boys and give dining in a try tonight. Sue was an amazingly good waitress. She took care of everything before we could think to ask. She took care of us and our young kids with patience and understanding, but also efficiency. The barbecue was outstanding as always, no fat, perfectly cooked. The beef brisket was awesome, super tender and delicious also. I had some of the best collards I've ever had at a restaurant tonight. Tasted like I made them! I liked them so much I bought a quart to go. :) Prices are fair for what you get, atmosphere is quaint and cozy. I really couldn't ask for more from a family barbecue restaurant. Thanks! It's not a surprise they've been voted best 10 years in a row. Hope they keep it up and continue doing what they're doing for a long time. :)”

“I have seen Mission BBQ in Nashville, TN, but it was always crowded. I am on a family vacation in North Myrtle Beach and passed another Mission BBQ location. Our last night in town, we decided to try it out. Wow!! Superb BBQ, ultra-friendly staff, and outstanding atmosphere! The manager was extremely friendly. I wish there was a Mission BBQ near my home.
