Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Customer service was excellent, friendly staff, outgoing. The burgers with delicious and so are the fries and cheese curds. Highly recommend. Next time I'm going for the custard. As a Marine Corps veteran, I truly enjoyed reading about Freddy and his three brothers making it back from World War II. These are the men that Blaze the trail for me and other veterans.

Freddy's is great if you aren't vegetarian, or vegan. Look, it's great regardless, but if you are looking for more options than the typical, "we're fast food but we also offer options that will satisfy any taste", then it's not here. I wish that they had better vegetarian options other than the very basic black bean burger with cheese and onion. This way, people who eat here with different tastes will have... options. The staff is nice. The service is fast. I just wish that they're menu was a bit more diverse.

Be prepared for a thin burger patty that's cooked with crispy edges. I'm sure this is purposeful but just be ready.
Shoe string fries were decent and I do like their signature fry sauces.
I'm not dying to go back to Freddy's but its a decent option to switch up burger joint selections.

Even though they are known for having great Frozen Custard, we didn't actually have any. We were more interested in having lunch. I had a delicious hamburger, french fries, and soda. All were very good, however the hamburger is very thin and has a crunchy crust. They do serve cheese fries which is nice for a change. Their custard is delicious and they do offer a variety of sundaes, and different sizes.

My whole family loves Freddy's! The staff is very nice and the burgers are great. They have delicious shoelace fries. My only request is that they add more flavors of custard. Right now they only have vanilla and chocolate.
