“I liked it. Shrimp and Grits were very good. It was worth a 1/2+ hour drive. Although my opinion may be biased by the great first date I had.???? The stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops were both a tasty appetizer. I also liked there local beet tap selections. Service was good and though we were near last to leave they didn't rush us to finish.”

“Great food and service. I went for the prime rib and Carley waited on me. She did an excellent job and was super friendly. I never had to wait for a drink refill and my food came out right as I finished my salad completely preventing me from having to sacrifice my salad to enjoy my meal while it was still hot....it was perfect timing! The prime rib was delicious and I decided to return 2 weeks later and requested to sit in Carley's section. I was seated and Carley did another amazing job! The food was spot on just like last time. Highly recommend both the server and food.”

The products are fresh and delicious food coffee espresso deserts frappe tea and you name it they have and can make the products the way you like. “My family has seen the billboard for this restaurant numerous times going back and forth to Newberry and wanted to go for a while. We were in the area recently and stopped for lunch. We got there before the rush but before long the place was packed and busy. The waitresses and staff are extremely sweet and helpful. They checked on us often and gave lots of attention to our little one too! There's more parking on the backside of the building so don't be thrown off by the front because it is small. Food selection was decent. The fried chicken is very good and I like the mixed corn and hush puppies. BBQ was okay. I'm bummed they don't have more sauces for the meats and it isn't so mustard based but that's just my preference. The macaroni and cheese could definitely use more cheese. All in all the food is good but I wasn't blown away. Worth a try though because we all have our own styles of country cooking we enjoy.”

“Filthy place to eat, managers treatment of coworkers is awful and service? Service? They haven't a clue as to what service is to the customer, they are more worried about playing on their phones, partying to the music, fighting with each other and on and on. Should we really be expecting a fast food restaurant to live up to higher standards? I'd say if you are eating it you should be expecting it to be clean, fresh and palatable.”

“I'll have to say we had a group of 7 and we only had to wait maybe 15-20 minutes on a Saturday night. There is a waiting area that is covered in "Turf" that kept the kids engaged while we waited. Food was great. Service was good too. Seems like we all had different items from the menu. From the flips, burgers, fish and shrimp, fried green tomatoes, and fried pickles. There is a kids menu which serves enough for kid appetites. We also had desert but got it to go. No where to put it while at the restaurant, needed to be un-stuffed first. First visit was a good one.”
