“I love Mack's! It's been around for more than 50 years and the interior and exterior looks rough but trust when I say, you won't be disappointed if you want a delicious burger and onion rings. I've never had it but I've been told that the fried bologna sandwich is also a treat. There is a specific ordering process that is helpful to know. Go in the back door to get in line. Sometimes the line is out the door but don't let this deter you. The line moves quickly because most of the staff has worked at Mack's for decades. Once you get to the ice cream freezer, place your order for your sandwich only. Keep moving in line and arrive at the back of the soda machineand sometime we'l take your drink order and put it on your tray. They will also ask if you want onion rings or fries. YOU DO. Once you get to the register, it's likely all on the tray ready for pick up and payment. Find a table and enjoy. The entire offering process takes about 10 minutes at most.”

“This was by far the worst experience I've had at bone in barbecue, but since it is usually so spectacular, that's still better than most restaurant experiences you'll have! They definitely had some issues today, particularly our waitress not having it together or owning up for her mistake that led to us waiting over 30 minutes for our food and then finally receiving the wrong menu items. She did fess up once I pressed her about it! Sorry, Sharon. If you mess up, just say so, you'll find people are much more understanding. Food was good as usual, and Sharon promised they would have it together the next time we came in.”

My wife 'n I ordered the "ALL-STAR SPECIAL", which includes: Eggs cooked to order; bacon or sausage; grits or hash-brown potatoes & a plate sized waffle. ! How's that for a meal? Fresh coffee, regular or decaffeinated; milk; soft drinks or water are available, too! The waitresses are very nice and not "pushy" to get the customer to order more. We, (both), complimented the cook to show our appreciation for his outstanding cooking! I was sure to tell the manager, too. We'll be sure to visit that store when in that area. However, we were concerned about the overall cleanliness - not very clean or organized behind the bar or open spaces, the bathroom was dirty, and the door going out was nasty. We could see a portion of the wall coming down in the kitchen. Good food, but clean the place up!”

“Arirang is a fun, very traditional Korean, hole in the wall restaurant. The food was good, the place was clean, and the service is good albeit a tad slow. So if you are in the mood to take your time and grab some authentic Korean grub then this is definitely the place for you. They also have a menu for to and you can have the person of having your Korean BBQ cooked tableside, which is a nice touch. I was not blown away by the food, but it is good and with a lot of options it will be a place that I visit again.”
