FM (Fortes Mill) Eatery

Went for my first time last night and was so impressed. Our bartender was great and made me the To the 5 Borough's and it was made perfectly! I got the scallops with bacon and mussels and both were fantastic. I will absolutely be a frequent guest here and I can't wait to go back to try more. I love Flipside, and Salmeri's so I'm happy there's a new addition.

The food and drinks were fantastic! We tried a 3 small plates that were all delicious and 1 large plate - the sea bass. The bass was slightly undercooked but I provided feedback to the chef and i look forward to coming again and updating my review to 5 stars with our next visit if all goes well.

FM Eatery is a very welcome addition to the Fort Mill food scene. I've been twice since they opened a week ago and out of the many things we ordered, I only had one item that didn't stand out - The Worchestshire Shrimp tasted great but had a bit too much liquid, which left the toasted bread too soggy to cut. Everything else has been excellent. The quality of all the other menu items we've had, 10+, has been very impressive

About 75% of the food menu is smaller, shareable, plates and they have about 8 entree options. The cocktail menu is solid, with a few unique choices alongside standard selections you would expect. I've found the wine list to offer good value. Nothing too unusual about their draft beer choices.

Service has been good and the atmosphere is cozy - just slightly more formal than the rest of the options available downtown. I've been comfortable in jeans and a dress shirt. I don't think anything more than that is needed.

This will be my staple date night spot and will save me lots of trips into the city.

I think the prices are fair for the quality.

My Wife & I just visited FM Eatery in downtown Main Street Fort Mill and it was AMAZING. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious. The small plates we felt were a very good size. Friendly staff and management and a place we are excited to have in town. A MUST GO!
