“Awesome little salad bar and the prime rib was so tender. They were super cool and we loved it. Authentic, good steak. We drive this a bit and are a little sick of the tourist trap junk, just wanted good food. They are not fancy so if that's your thing, not for you. Your missing out though.”

“Cabins are nicely renovated but beds are so soft that two people in a queen sag into the middle. The food is just awful. Limited choices and none of them are good. The dining room has the ambiance of a bad high school cafeteria. Staff is friendly and helpful. The gift shop is very nice, better than most National Park gift shops. Location is fabulous with easy access to the sites of the Badlands but it's really the only game in town. On the whole, good place except for the food and beds.”

“It’s inside the gas station, kind of odd but it would be nice to have a sign outside so customers know that they are at the correct location. We called ahead and ordered a large cheese pizza and it was ready within the allotted time frame of 20 minutes. The pizza itself was ok but the cheese was slightly burnt. Given that there aren’t many options to eat, you can’t go wrong if you want a quick bite.”

“You might be a little timid to try this place out, but I assure you it’s worth it. An authentic bar from back in the day, with all kinds of cool beer signs and good food. I had the Buffalo burger and it was great. The bartender Darren kept conversion with our group and we learned a lot about the little town of interior. Great place!”
