“Traveling for work like usual. Came across this gem today and couldn’t believe how good and authentic it is! This restaurant in a town of 3k people? Seriously? Mexican flavors were authentic, really quite good. Plates were beautiful. Chips and salsa starter, chips were fresh and the salsa delicious! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The price is amazing! Very reasonable! Reminds me of a place I used to go to all the time in Mexico except over there they all wear tuxedos. I will be in the area for a good part of next week and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items! Highly recommend!! **Update** Did make it back for a second visit and had the Molcajate Pancho… that might be some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Generous portions and a great price for the quality and quantity you’re getting. This really is a must go if you’re in the area!!”

“We were sceptical at first because the parking lot was empty but went in to check it out. Not as clean an organized as a business should be as there were boxes in dining room and some tables had inch or so of dust on them lol. Dispite the appearance the food all came out streaming hot and was all excellent!!!! Take a chance in this place it was delicious and everybody had left overs and was stuffed!!.”

“Came here on our way from Sioux Fall back to Rapid City. Saw it on Facebook from a friend who had been here and being a lover of fried chicken decided to take the back roads to try it. Glad we did!! Everything was great!! The chicken was hot, crispy, and succulent – and I had white meat, so that is saying a lot! The coleslaw was slightly sweet, the way my mom used to make it :) and their fries!! Oh not to mention the caramel pecan chocolate cheesecake!! The food is homemade, the service is exceptional, and the owner, Mr. Duane, is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet- Winner Chicken Dinner is worth the trip!! There is road construction right now, so just go around the back. We were the only ones eating inside but it was continuously busy with people coming in for their orders or picking up orders at drive-through. You know it’s good when the locals keep them busy!”
