Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Organized a dinner for a party of about 8 and the service was lacking. We were missing salads, sides and condiments. One person had to leave early and we told them that person needed to be checked out within the hour time period but it was almost 1 hour and 20 minutes later. They literally did not get to eat their dinner. This restaurant is great for a small party but not for a group. Food was good but service, followup and seating were not.

Cheddar's is a very happy place to go and eat with family and friends with special occasions birthday and anniversaries and their food is delicious especially there salmon. Their service is wonderful and the servers are fantastic! ♥️

Awesome food. Three of us ate there for 50 dollars. Onion rings r incredible. Philly cheese steak and fries even better. I'm going back. SOON.
Almost forgot , service is top notch.

Usually good food, service, and atmosphere. There were seven of us for lunch. The waitress seemed distracted. We asked for more water, salad dressing, and to-go boxes. I finally shared my water with my husband and another person in our group shared their salad dressing. We did get the to-go boxes.

My wife and I don't usually have bad service here but today we did. When we entered the waiting area we were quickly seated. Cynthia our server was kind and courteous. She took out orders and placed them in order to the kitchen staff. We ordered Sweet tea and water to drink and Cheese Fries as an appetizer. Also the house salad with Steak and Chicken combo. Unfortunately we received the salad and then entrees before the appetizer. When I asked another male server how we were supposed to eat the appetizer and salad without the entrees getting cold. His suggestion was to take the entrees home and heat them up. The manager Kyle came to the table and said he'd take care of the problem. And he and Cynthia did a good job taking care of us. I hope our next visit will be better.
