“While traveling through your area, I decided to get a Subway to eat and be on my way. I heard some folks talking about the Subway is under new management. I was rather reserved after I read some of the reviews. Everyone needs a chance so I decided to enter while thinking that I can walk out if needed. The young lady that I first saw had the nicest smile with a big welcome. She smiled and talked to me while fixing my sub. I even received a "thank you" after I paid for my order. This Subway was so clean and the food items were fresh. I was later told that this young lady is the new manager. She portrayed a very professional and appreciative mannerism to everyone with that sweet smile the entire time I sat there and ate. People need a pat on the back when it is well deserved. I most definitely will be eating there again.”

She was having a video chat that featured foul language loud enough my son could hear it. My wife told another employee about it but I do not know what changes occurred. “I usually have a good experience here, but tonight wasn't that good. They didn't keep the buffet filled so I didn't even get to have the meat I wanted. Then my boyfriend saw a bug on the floor so he went and told a worker. She just looked at him and didn't say anything. Shortly after, a worker came out with a broom and dust pan but she took so long coming out, the bug already got under a trashcan. She said "oh well" kind of jokingly. I definitely wasn't happy today. I'm only giving it 3 stars because my other experiences were good. If this was my first time there, I would have given 1 or 2 stars.”

Very rarely do you have to wait long in line Occasionally you might catch lunch from one of the nearby plants, and it slows them down a little. They have good burgers and very good shakes.”

“My original review below is two years old and I only gave them 2 stars at that time. I want to update that to 5 stars today. We stopped going here for a long time because of the issues in my first review but we have started going back again. There is a new manager, a young woman and she is doing a great job of turning this place around. The portions have greatly increased and we couldn't be happier. We now go here 2-3 times a week and are loving it. LOVE THE FOOD, however they are extremely inconsistent about serving amounts. They claim it's measured however every time I get it to go I get substantially less. I don't mind paying extra for the quality of the food but I want the quantity to be worth the price! I even spoke with the regional manager in training a few months back and she said that they pride themselves on consistency however I don't see a change. And it seems to be a problem mainly at this location. We live an hour's drive away and often get it to go, we can't bring it back and to have to check everything before we leave is a hassle. I am really disappointed.”

“I regularly eat at Which Wich so shocked today when my favorite sandwich, Meatball Grinder, had been replaced by Meatball Hero. I tried Hero...a pitifull replacement that even costs more. Meatballs were larger...but no additional meat besides the meatballs unlike the grinder so it felt like much less meat. The meatballs were cold or room temperature inside.the cheese was not melted and sandwich literally fell apart in my hands. It was most known likely since the sandwich tech asked me if I wanted a fork before I left! No problem with the folks testing sandwiches...but I will be shocked if this sandwich gets a favorable review over the meatball grinder. I normally don't review....but this one needs attention Update:. I went in and the Jasmine, sandwich tech asked me if I wanted the Meatball Grinder, they can make a modified version and it was 5 stars. I wasn't expecting that. Brian is the day sandwich tech...he does a great job trying to please the customer. I witnessed him modify a sauce to please a customer. Sure is nice to go into a shop that cares about your satisfaction. Thanks!”
