Chili's Grill & Bar

First time going on a Wednesday night one server and the service was great and food was good. I ordered the steak medium and it was a little to over cooked for my liking but the flavor was great. Grill was probably to hot. Affordable for a family of 4

Corporate helped to rectify the situation through mailed gift cards. Therefore I am taking this from one star to 3.

Seriously the worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. I ordered the smokehouse combo and the smoked sausage was cold. COLD. My wife ordered asparagus she got broccoli. She ordered medium well steak she got a six ounce sirloin that was butterfly cut down the middle, cooked on both sides to well done and folded back. The server never gave her name, seemed indifferent toward the issues. We both ordered a single long island each, lite on sweet and sour, we got the exact opposite. Enough to where we literally asked what the drink was. Servers response... " Well I didn't make it." Never in my life had everything go wrong on so many fronts with a dining experience. I probably said Thank you, madam 4 times minimum and never even got a you're welcome. Avoid at all costs.

First off, we loved our server, her name was Haley and she rocks. My husband and I did the
3 for $10 menu and got an extra appetizers, it was a very good meal. Thank you Haley and chili's for making our meal awesome.

I love going here all the time, It's our go to restaurant. There is something for everyone and prices are great too.
