I've always enjoyed the food from the Cleveland location. Helpful friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Comfortable dinning. Unfortunately If you choose to dine in during lunch your wait time is ridiculously slow. This slow time also contributes to the one drink machine in the lobby.

I just absolutely love this employee y’all have right here he made my experience eating here one of the best I have had in a long time. I believe his name tag said Bradford. I enjoyed watching him interact with the customers and just run around taking care of the ice cream orders that came out and going around making sure everybody had what they needed. I can tell this is a truly happy human being and people like this are amazing to work with because they love their job. The food was spot on as well but I really wanted to recognize this employee y’all have right now. Everyone give Bradford a round of applause ????????????????????????

This has become one of our favorite lunch places!
They offer a $5 and$6 lunch special with sandwich, fries, drink and a small sundae, and you can upgrade to a small blizzard for$1 more- a really nice lunch for a good price- until 4pm.
The food is fresh and good, service is friendly, restaurant was clean. Overall a pleasant experience so far every time we have eaten there.

This restaurant is very clean and so are the bathrooms. The food is very good I had a hamburger my daughter had the chicken strips and my son had an ice cream everyone was happy with the meals and the prices are great too. We did not have to wait very long for order they brought it out to us. The parking was convenient which matters because I'm disabled. They had their ice cream freezer full of different cakes and oh which gave us some ideas for birthday parties for the children. The tea was fresh which matters I highly recommend this location.
