    First time to Freddy's, it was very good. Service was very good especially since they have been open for only one week. Impressive! Food was excellent. Definitely going back!

    For the most part, I enjoyed my meal. Two suggestions: The burger was over "smashed" to the point that about 2" of the meat was sticking out the sides of the bun. From the pictures displayed in the dining room, the burgers should not be like that. I'm sure it is just a training adjustment for the new cooks so I hope you correct that. When the meat is that paper thin, it was hard and crunchy. Never had a crunchy burger before.

    Second I suggest some sound absorption material in the ceiling. Between the PA system being so distorted and the dining area being so loud, it sucked some of the enjoyment out of it for me. Almost gave me a headache it was so loud in there.

    Loved the fries and the custard. I'll be back and try again. Thanks.

    It's nice to see a Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers open in Elizabethton. This was my first time visiting a Freddy's and I quite liked it.

    I had their Classic Double with shoestring fries and a chocolate custard waffle cone. The patties were thin and crispy around the edges, the fries were well-seasoned and adorable, and the custard was silky smooth and tasty.

    In addition, the staff appeared pleasent and were attentive. If you have a dog, they even have pup cups. I'd recommend Freddy's.
