    Served in a coconut bowl, the hanalei has an açaí & berries base blend, topped with a whole banana, macadamia nuts, almond butter, rice puffs and a honey drizzle. Sooo perfectly thick and well-blended. Crunchy. Sweet. Chewy. Perfect for a lunch substitute. The avocado toast was only ok. I definitely needed the lemon to bring out more flavor, while the chili flakes slightly helped. Maybe a chunkier avo would work better here

    I like these kind of places. 6 shooter and the green smoothie I had were both good. Avocado toast was pretty good,too.
    My husband hated it all. He said he hates healthy foods lol.

    This place is great! I'm in Nashville for Con of Thrones. I came to E+Rose on Saturday for their version of raw tacos. I'm back Sunday morning for a cold brew coffee and avocado toast. The food is packed with flavor. I think this place will be around for a long time.

    Lovely staff and amazing smoothies! This is my first time in Nashville and this made even better than it already was, they even customized/altered the drink for me.
    They come out from behind the counter and personally give you your food/drink which is a very nice touch! AND they sell reusable stars, but I wish they had glass cups for dinning in instead of the plastic.
