I like this Panera! Very spacious and a good amount of outdoor seating, which is my favorite spot to be.
The manager was cool enough to give me a complimentary coffee after a long wait in line. Every one should go the extra mile and honor people when they can!
I hate I didn't get the name of the 2byoung ladies working on Friday July 19th at 5:15 pm but they were exceptional. Kind and helpful. My wife and I were in town for the family reunion and we in the marriot residence inn across the street. We needed a snack but the entire 10 minutes there was my best ever. The blueberry muffins were life changing. I had never gotten a muffin from there in my previous visits not even back home in Memphis. So my wife and I thank those 2 young ladies.
It is my favorite place to go! Everything I eat there is always incredible. They have so much variety: soups, Chili's, sandwiches, salads, muffins cookies, cakes, pastries, and many different ice tea options. They also let you place your own order! It is very convenient
I tend to like Panera overall, but this last visit wasn't great. The food tasted old, and their value for the money has gone down, in my opinion. I used to love getting the .99 pastry if you bought a meal and drink, but I saw on this last visit that even though they still have a version of that, most of what is available for the reduced price bakery treat is cookies. No cinnamon roll. No cherry pastry. It was disappointing, especially because the prices at Panera have steadily climbed over the past couple years, at a rate that doesn't seem to match inflation. It's more expensive for me to eat at Panera now than to go to some of the nicer chain sit down restaurants (the kind where there's a server that comes to the table). This has led to a decline in how often I go to Panera. I probably won't give it up entirely, but Panera is no longer my first choice for lunch.
