One of my favorite to-go place in Nash! Anticuchos is definitely a must-to-try, but, seriously, nothing can go wrong here. Weekly specials also bring cheerful touch to the menu. Still miss this place after my movement.

I was looking FORWARD to having some Peruvian cuisine. But this place LACKED. Out of everything I ordered the beef empanada and the plantains were THE BEST! Everything else NO COMMENT. No FLAVOR.

Chicken wings lacked flavor and were greasy. Chicken empanadas (hard no) no flavor.

    The green sauce was SALTY.

But the BEEF EMPANADAS, absolutely delicious, packed with flavor I’d just order that again.

    Overall 5/10

I'm a big fan of food trucks and this here is one of the best. We've dined in here several times and it's quickly becoming a personal favorite.

The owners are great people - professional, courteous and they definitely know how to make some of the most delicious, authentic, fresh Peruvian food you'll ever have.

I'm a huge Ceviche fan and after having had Ceviche all over the place, I must say this place serves up some of the best, full of flavor.

Everything on their menu is worth checking out. Good value for money and this place deserves to thrive and do well for many years to come!

This truck is the bets Nashville could produce. It is run by an amazing couple and you can taste the authenticity on the food. I have been to Peru before and fell in love with their cuisine, I wouldn't think in million years I could find something with the same flavors so far away, great job and kudos to the Chef. Clearly knows what hes doing.

I've gotten food here multiple times at the farmer's market. The owners are very friendly and are clearly passionate about food. Aside from their set menu, they have rotating Peruvian dishes like anticuchos, tamales, and gelato.

🐟: Ceviche golden inka ($13.75): I've ordered this multiple times and it's been excellent every time. The golden amarillo pepper sauce is the star of the dish -- the flavor is so bright, zesty, and addicting. Combined with fresh raw cubes of fish, crunchy corn kernels, thinly sliced red onion, creamy sweet potato, and extra hot sauce, this dish is very fun to eat texturally. I've also had the ceviche clasico and carretillero, but the golden inka is definitely my favorite!

🍧: I also got the lacuma gelato ($6.50) on the side, which was the perfect accompaniment to the spicy ceviche. I've never had the fresh fruit, but the gelato flavor tastes like caramel and mango.

🍔: Pork Belly Sandwich (Pan Con Chicharrón) is delicious if you're craving a heavier, more savory option. The pork belly is crispy and fatty in the best way, and the pickles and sweet potato helps cut through the grease.
