“Often ran by teens with little life experience. I have had several mess ups and bad attitudes here. The other day an older lady wanted to charge me for a syrup for my hot cakes. But when she went to get someone to ring it up they told her to just give it to me. I have had good experiences too. But more bad. Management; there is alot of room for improvement! It would be great if you could fully staff and strongly emphasize friendly customer service in training and in the work day!”

“Panera was my go-to lunch spot during work hours, because it was quick, wholesome, and easy for anyone with any special diet. It's a great place to have a working meeting or meet a client... Except they have done away with the gluten conscious cookies, and the last time I went to the restaurant, it seemed like they were more concerned with closing activities than making my food correctly. I paid extra for toppings I didn't get. My salad was swimming in dressing... Very disappointing.”

“This place was amazing! Alex was my barber. He spent a lot of time on my hair and beard and really did an amazing job. It's definitely the best hair cut I've had in the past ten years. Also the vibe in the shop was great. I felt like I was in a fun bar. The shop filled up pretty fast, and honestly I had a lot of fun conversating with everyone. Pricey, for me, but probably not out of the ordinary for this level of care/service. I certainly didn't feel like I over paid for what I got. It felt like I was treating myself. Two days later and still Loving my haircut. They offer straight razor shave too.”

It's not easily wheelchair accessible (it's all stairs from street level from what I can tell) and the inside lacks low seating, there is a step up for all low tables or they are high tops. “The breakfast buffet was great everything was fresh and warm. The price was great compared to the rest of the locations in the hotel. I spent 59.00 for the buffet and drinks for the family. The day before we spent 45.00 at Starbucks for cereal, a small reheated sandwich, two fruit cups, and drinks. The location near all the water is spectacular. Even though every table was full the line moved smoothly and the water sounds drowned out all the other conversations.”

“Came in on a early Sunday afternoon for a late breakfast. Wanted just chicken biscuits and gravy (no biscuits) The manager shift was changing and as she walked out the door, asked me if I was ok. I noticed my chicken was a lot spicier than usual and asked her what kind of chicken I ordered. Figured out it was my fault for ordering the wrong kind. She fixed it for me before she left and the stayed after my first bite to make it was better! That's great customer service, and I will be back. Often.”
