“This Restaurant isn't open all the time. It's only open during special events, the ranch is having. Or when its reserved for weddings, etc. Food is always good. *But, the back side; of this same restaurant; is the seperate Bathhouse for women and men, too. For either- side- campers, due that it has "AC"; it's is larger in size and number of showers, available, and that has a seperate small private Dressing area, as well across the showers, long sink and counter space, with large mirrors, on the side; are the bathroom stalls. Where as the original working Bathhouse, that has only 2/shower stalls and 1/bathroom for women and the men side, as well ; a small sink and mirror area.”

“Visited on 6 Sep. 2019. I was in town to help a friend out, and we had heard from the locals that this is the best restaurant in town. We arrived during the Friday evening rush, but we had no problem getting a table in the bar area. Our server, Ray was very friendly and gave recommendations of items on the menu. We did have to wait longer than expected to place our orders, as Ray was kept very busy helping another server carry food to her tables. But once we placed our order, we received our food in a short time. Ray checked on us regularly, and made sure that we did not have to wait on drink refills. After we finished eating, she took the time to talk with us about the area and answered any questions we had. In all, it was an excellent experience and to food was very good and well presented. I will definitely visit again, if I am ever back in the area. If you are passing through Cowan, stop by and have a bite.”

“Cute atmosphere. A little pricey, pizzas are very thin and small so we ordered two basic pizzas with very few toppings, a small mushroom appetizers, water and one glass of wine and it was $55. That is including the 20% gratuity that they automatically add to each bill. The pizza was good but nothing spectacular. Nothing that I would probably ever spend 15+ dollars per pizza for again. The mushroom appetizer however, was phenomenal. Great place for a one time experience.”

“Ok, first the staff is always friendly. Because of an injury I am using a walker. We were placed at the closest table, there was a closer one but there was a lady there with a walker also. The food is hot and tasty, there was chips and salsa on the table before we finished sitting down. I had mixed fajitas, large hot plate full, cooked right, not scorched. Hot torts. Love it. This is my second visit, and I will keep going back. By the way, the prices for well in line for the amount and quality of the food.”

“My friend in Winchester took me here and he called it a little hole-in-the-wall place. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night but the staff was friendly and welcoming. I just wanted a hamburger and I received a very good hamburger with all the trimmings and it was delicious. My friend ordered a hamburger with onion rings on the onion rings look spectacular. A very casual place not fancy but you're going to get some good food here. It's wheelchair accessible.”

“Had lunch here. Friendly service with a smile. Food is average. Decent ingredients just not put together with much care. I had the steak sandwich. The cheese was laid in the bun and meat placed on top. Cheese should be melted on the meat while still on the grill. Couple small changes would make a big difference. Mushrooms could use a better sauté. Overall not a bad place to eat.”

The setting is nice and open and if your lucky you may get to hear them celebrate a customer's birthday.
