“The owner is absolutely so nice and thoughtful! I try to stay away from dairy and sugar and this is the FIRST place where they have an amazing drink that I absolutely love now and is dairy and sugar free. The food was also...take a guess... the best. I also don’t like eating out because a lot of chain places make my stomach hurt quite a bit. This place is going to be my go-to from now on. Absolutely love it. I never worry about where the ingredients came from or if they’re fresh. Definite place for everyone to try!”

“We just moved to Ooltewah and this place is a mile from the house. Drove by a dozen times and finally decided to try it out. The brisket is the best brisket I've ever had in my life! My wife liked it so much she kept stealing mine off my plate! Very juicy and flavorful! Chicken tenders are delicious as well. My picky three year old actually ate them all because they were so good. YUM! GOOD FOOD! GREAT PRICES TOO! Fed my family of four till we popped for under 35 bucks on good quality food.”

“We were so excited to find a Shane's Rib Shack near our hotel. Our Shane's closed several months ago and we've missed going there. This Shane's was awesome and delivered on all the taste and service we had come to expect. Chicken tenders tossed in Buff-q sauce are my personal favorite. My hubby went with the pork plate which he greatly enjoyed along with sides on Brunswick stew and sweet potato fries. Wonderful service and nice, clean restaurant. Highly recommend!”

“Somewhat limited menu, but most should be able to find a selection to suit their taste. Had the lamb chops, not a regular menu item, absolutely excellent! Only reason for the 4 Stars vs 5 was the noise level. Not the place for a quiet dinner. Service was excellent as well, no questions the waitress could not answer, no mistakes on the orders from the table and orders ready promptly. Will definitely return when visiting the area again to sample other dishes.”

“Good place to get together with friends for food and drink. Tonight there was a very good live singer who was taking requests. We had an issue with the way something we ordered was cooked but once the owner was aware she went out of her way to make it right. We will eat there more often. We weren't sure we were going into the restaurant door at first because there was no eye level signage, it's looks like it might be part of the business next door. But inside the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly.”

“First time I have been here. Weather was nice we sat outside it was great. The lobster roll is the real deal. It is all claw meat and has a ton of lobster. This one rivals the best I have had in Maine. I was very surprised to find such amazing food. The lobster roll is $24 but it is easily worth it. A total bargain for the kind of lobster meat and amount you get. Great place I will be back many times.”

“The place has a modern look to it. The atmosphere is good and the place is great during the evening and at night. The staff is friendly and they are very helpful. Now let's get down to the food... I ordered the sesame beef. The meat was tender and the sauce was pretty flavorful. The broccoli was crunchy! Not a lot of places serve crunchy broccoli. Out of the dishes that I ordered and that my friends had, this is the best Chinese place in Ooltewah.”

“Food is great, a little pricey but well worth it. Tonight my burger came out well on the undone side, not only did they remake it, but they took it off our ticket. All I said was it was bleeding. They also took my son's meal off for it taking longer than the rest of the food, without us saying anything. Another words, very good service. Definitely satisfied ????????”

“Amazing restaurant. When you first walk, you know how dedicated they are to the restaurant. The decorations are on point and lively, and it feels aesthetic. The service is great. My class of about 30 students came in, and they did a great job of keeping up with us and making sure everyone got what they wanted. The servers were super friendly and they were always asking if we were ok or if we have gotten our food yet. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here and recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves pizza and calzones.”
