“Kind of weird. Only one restroom for men, women and employees. Has several stalls, but has to be locked with only one occupant. Almost every time I've stopped here, there has been a long wait for the restroom. Whoever decided this was the way to go needs help making business decisions.”

“Wonderful ice cream with great service. The fudge brownie sundae is amazing and you can get a flavored ice cream as the base. They wasn't too busy when I went so that was a plus.”

“I usually go to the gunbarrel location, but went here when I heard it opened. We had a FANTASTIC server (Iggy), and he was so kind to my daughter. He was so friendly and attentive. The hotpot was such a fun experience. There are so many selections for broth, meat and vegetables, its so fun to do yourself. The atmosphere was nice and quiet when we went, and the layout of the restaurant is great. Personally, I'd like a little more salt in the broth but that can always be added on your own to your preference. Overall we had a great time, and all you can eat for 2 hours its definitely worth the price. Great job guys and congrats on the opening! Well be coming back again and again!”

“An amazing space!! Great food and atmosphere. Enjoyed my biscuits and gravy, vanilla latte, and cookies to take home. This place is incredibly kid friendly with an area dedicated to kids. Will be back again soon!”

“Loved this tour! It was my first time on a Segway. I was very nervous but our guide Thomas was wonderful. Took his time showing us how to operate the Segway and soon I felt comfortable. The tour itself was interesting. My husband and teenage son also loved the tour. We had been to Chattanooga a lot before, but we learned a bunch about the city. Thomas was very knowledgeable and shared information in an interesting way. It is a great way to see city!”

“This place was OUTSTANDING! My husband took me here because it advertised authentic Mexican, and it definitely is that, more than the "Mexican" restaurant chains downtown. The decor is more upscale, while still feeling like you are in a Mexican restaurant. The outdoor seating is nice to enjoy downtown Chattanooga, as well. But the star of the show is the HOUSE MARAGARITA! Wow. Best margarita I've ever had. It is not weak at all, and I was good with one, which is saying something. I ordered the medium - HA! - for only $8. Our fabulous server Chris, told me that their drink specials on M-F 2-7pm knock these drinks to $3! How crazy is that? My husband and I ordered the steak burrito and brisket burrito. Packed with delicious meat! (I'm giggling right now!) This place is totally worth a stop! Check it out!”

“Very balanced & delicious!! There are a few things that could use a little dialing in & then it would be perfect. The pizza was a bit floppy & the scallops could use a bit more richness but everything else was so good that I can’t even bring down the rating for it.”

“What an awesome place. The bartenders are great and the drink prices are very reasonable compared to other bars in the area. Add live music to the mix and you’ve got a really fun night! Make sure to really look around at the decor. Ya never know what you may see (shine a light in the bar top).”

“I wish I would’ve found this place sooner in my trip—I would’ve come everyday! Super fresh food. Incredible flavors. Coffee was smooth and delicious. Loved the ambiance and natural light on a Saturday morning. I can see why it’s busy! The patio is lovely. Give this place your business!”

“My husband is killing this granola bowl. Breakfast was good. Service was good. This place is not well insulated so we ate quickly due to the temperature inside which impart due to below freezing weather. We will return. A bit of cleaning is also needed. The sofa cushion is disgusting.”

“I really enjoy going to Community Pie, been a customer at the downtown location for years. The new location definitely needs more time in the oven. I placed my order to go, the staff on the phone asked me if I wanted cheese and sauce on my pizza. Idk if you can call it a pizza without those ingredients lol. Anyway, staff was nice overall. The part that did disappoint was the pizza itself. Somehow the sauce on my pizza was very spicy, and the pizza crust was burned not to the point of being inedible but there was plenty of char on it and the crust was hard in places. I am not going to say you guys are terrible or the new location is awful but staff definitely needs more supervision/training. I will stick to the downtown location for now but will give you guys another try in a month or two:”

“Good food, friendly staff, and quick service. Your typical thia flavor and served to your taste buds - mild, medium, and thai hot spice level. Food is well made. Curry is a little watery compared to the regular Thai curry. The place is clean and well maintained, including the restrooms.”

“I have been extremely excited to eat here upon opening. The wine was delicious, however, they only have a few bottles available to drink by the glass, which I feel is the largest downside to this restaurant. You have to be prepared to drink or you will have little options if you just want a glass or two. The food was excellent. We had the potato bravas, the meatballs, the scallops, and crab cakes. All were excellent. The service was wonderful and everyone was constantly making sure we were taken care of. This is a cute date night spot for sure.”

“Bottom line up front, this place was well worth the time and money spent here for a date night. Now for the long version. Let me start off by saying the decor of the restaurant was reminiscent of modern industrial Japanese. We were greeted very pleasantly by the host and seated quickly. Right away our server Katya came to the table, introduced herself, and took our drink orders. She introduced us to the menu, made a few suggestions, and then allowed us time to decide on what to order without pressuring us. We ordered the King Crab Crunchy Roll as an appetizer and it tasted amazing. We then ordered the steak and the shrimp hibachi plates, crab Rangoons, and spring rolls. The food arrived quickly and tasted great. We had so much food on the table we needed to-go boxes. During our entire visit Katya checked on us frequently and refilled our drinks without being intrusive. With everything we ordered (no alcohol) the bill was under $85. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or to entertain friends. Also ask for Katya if she’s available and you should have great service. Well done Osaka!”
