Pete’s hometown Coffee Shop has the best made to order fresh breakfast with flavor.
It’s the home cooked breakfast food, that Grandma would cook on Sunday Mornings.
The Chef’s at Pete’s Coffee Shop are the best breakfast cooks on the planet.
I really enjoy Pete’s Biscuits and gravy with a side of grits and made from scratch biscuits.
Excellent diner. I've eaten both breakfast and lunch here and both were very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly and your food comes out very fast. I usually go for breakfast whenever I'm at a diner but today I had the Joey Burger, I think it could be in the running for the best burger in Knoxville. They also serve great coffee. My only disappointment was that they didn't have corned beef hash. That is normally my favorite part of a diner breakfast. Maybe hash is not as popular here as it is in the north where it is on most diner breakfast menus. I wouldn't let that deter me from coming back because there are a lot of great options to choose from. I would highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for a tasty meal.
Good diners like this are so few and far between now. We love to find these spots whenever we travel and rock some Daddy-Daughter breakfast. This is the 2nd time going to Pete's and it was awesome both times. The service is always amazing, the staff was great with our daughter, the food came out incredibly fast, and everything was delicious. On the way out we saw some of the sandwiches and omelettes, will go that route next time!
Service was great & friendly! Line to get in moved fast. Atmosphere was nice. Only gave it 4 stars because food itself was not for me. It’s typical diner food, but I preferred the food at a few other downtown breakfast places that have healthier options and espresso bar. But you have to visit once for the T experience.
I cannot day enough good things about my experience here. It was BUSY and yet we got seated immediately. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. Our food came out so fast it was shocking and it was delicious. I could go on and on about the coffee as well, some of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back, and this will become a staple. I can’t say anything negative at all. Probably one of my favorite places I’ve ever been.
