“First time here. First, we didn’t get the “free cookie” until we overheard another customer get one since it was his first time. We racked our brains on ✨why✨ we weren’t offered one even though we entered and informed it was our first time. We ate our meal then asked if we would get a cookie as well since it’s our first time. We tried the “famous” lemon cookie and decided to order a dozen. The dozen tasted different from what we tried. Little upset over that. Pictured is the steak and cheese and the TOM sandwich. Sandwich 6/10. Cookie 7/10. Customer service 4/10. If we didn’t get a gift card for this place, we probably wouldn’t have ever gone here. Will likely not come back.”

“Breakfast is hot and fresh!! They had our take out order ready in under 10 minutes. Staff is super friendly. They let us try the famous Lemon cookie since it was our first time. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches are some of the best we’ve had. The potatoes are seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. Drip coffee ground fresh and locally sourced. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Definitely will be back.”

“This was my first visit to the Farragut location, and it is very similar to the Bearden location. I love their nutella pączki, but today I had a Boston Creme donut. I always get a lavender latte, because I love it and it is delicious (obviously IMO). Their pączki have a slightly different texture than what I consider the more traditional American donut - it is light, and melts in your mouth - YUM! I was visiting with a friend, and his go-to is the coffee old-fashioned, which looks like a coffee flavored kruller. I have tried several flavors through the years, and I have never been disappointed!”

“A small donut shop on Gay St. in Knoxville. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had coffee that was not the best I ever had but drinkable. I did however have a vegan snickerdoodle donut that was really good. When I hear vegan I think tastes lousy but this was not the case. I'm not a vegetarian but am not opposed to anything that tastes good. It was a good donut. This place is a little expensive but worth a stop.”

“Best decision EVER to stop here all day breakfast is a win alone but they have an incredible huge menu and the blueberry pineapple smoothie is everything! Such wonderful service too This is my new favorite place side note- I worked this drive thru when I was a kid can't wait to go again thank you”

“This place is awesome. Their pizza is INCREDIBLE and their staff is amazingly kind. The guy who took my order and then greeted me when I walked in was so sweet!!! The pizza was ready in 15 minutes and it was extremely affordable especially for a college student. Originally I didn’t understand how their menu worked so I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I came back to the restaurant and he explained to me (very kindly) that I accidentally ordered the wrong pie. Free of charge, he made me a brand new pie and it was ready in 15 minutes! Pizza is incredible and the customer service was just as amazing. I will DEFINITELY be visiting this place more often!”

“Iced Everything was FANTASTIC! Our wedding day dessert spread was beautiful, and so delicious. My grandfather snatched up as many lemon cookies as he could! Our wedding cake was a little non-traditional, and they made it perfectly to our description. Bobbie is super great at communication, I never once worried that anything would go awry. I would absolutely work with her again!”

“This team deserves the utmost praise. The treats are delicious, that’s a guarantee. But this team of bakers are so kind, gracious and they work very hard to accommodate special orders. They have helped me numerous times in a pinch to gather gluten free AND vegan goods. This will always be my go-to spot because they treat folks very well. Thanks for bringing joy into our home; we can always count on you to make our holidays and celebrations sweet!”

“Great little coffee shop for students, business, and hanging out in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very calm and clean. They also have a covered outdoor patio for nice days. Lots of coffee and tea options and not too pricy (everything ranges from about $3-$5)”

“Being a New Yorker, I'm not going to compare these to New York Bagels. However, I did think these were really good. I enjoyed the different flavors, and variety. Overall the place is really clean, friendly staff, amd a great place to grab a bite”

“My breakfast experience this morning was great and unexpected. Terrific service by the server named DJ and lots of little unexpected surprises. The muffins were so large that they looked as big as my head! I had half of a blueberry muffin and even though I wasn't supposed to eat wheat I just couldn't resist. The wheat issue here is a real problem and keeps me from coming to this restaurant, but I said yes to my kids this morning and I'm glad I did. I had to work real hard to eat a breakfast that didn't have wheat in it which I think is a huge fault for this company. If this company is going to stay afloat they're going to need to modify their menu to include people who can't tolerate wheat products because at this point they have very little to offer. The food quality is terrific but if I have to work hard to figure out what to eat it discourages me from wanting to eat there. Just gluten-free toast is really a good start but having gluten free bread for any sandwich it's a must for a restaurant in 2019. This restaurant seems like it's a little lost in about 2003. However I really enjoyed my experience this time and we'll try it again when I can splurge and have a little wheat. Because those muffins oh my goodness they're worth the trip.”

“A great place to eat and take family and friends. Monday and Friday are "Five dollar fill up" days where you can get any amount for $5 Flavors do change monthly and they are always very good. Also the staff knows about the ingredients and were able to share less chemicals go into the product than other places. Welcoming atmosphere”

“Sausage was very good. Pancakes were great. Eggs (scrambled) were not hot and very dry. I give 2.5 to 3 stars for this. I gave 4 stars because of the server. Very professional, friendly, and attentive.”

“While we love Auntie Anne's Pretzels, the South Knoxville Walmart location leaves something to be desired. Sure, they can make a decent pretzel but the service is consistently bad. I am so sorry I bothered your standing around by ordering food. Now you begrudgingly have to do your job! This is always the attitude. If it's on your menu, I don't feel bad ordering what I want and not some pre-made items that have been sitting in the warmer. I absolutely want a fresh pretzel if I am going to pay those prices. I wonder if managment is aware or if they even care. I can't imagine corporate would want their name represented this way.”

“Wow! What a great selection of crepes for morning or night. I stopped here for a lunch bite and the veggie crepe hit the spot. I added an over medium egg to round it out that ended up more over easy, but I'm not picky. Check out their extensive list of espresso and coffee drinks. Eat outside even on a sunny day as the patio is well shaded through the morning and into the afternoon.”

“One of the best gluten free bakeries in Knoxville if not the best. Original recipe offerings fresh everyday. Polite and courteous service in a clean and inviting atmosphere. The smoothie I had was yummy. Most everything pastry in the glass is as good as you hope it will be. Sure specialty baked goods with quality ingredients is expensive but it's worth it...”

“Large selection of flavors to choose from. Tasted amazing, I would say the best macarons I have had! Nice employee too. My favorite was the strawberry macaron. Went here on vacation, wish they would open location in southeast Michigan!”
