“I really like how this space is open to everyone, not just people staying at the hotel. The coffee was average but the barista was friendly, helpful, and patient since I had a hard time making up my mind. It’s super warm, fuzzy, and cozy on the inside with tons of places to sit and hook up your laptop. If you like to study in quieter places during the day, this is good! The coffee was average, more on the bland side.”

“I was told that this deli was the real deal and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was part of the family. I found out the owners originally had a deli in Long Island New York. Being from New York City, I felt right at home. I ordered a knish and the pastrami Reuben with the works. The knish was split down the middle and grilled with butter until it was perfectly golden brown and delicious. It was light and fluffy on the inside and it made a perfect start to my lunch. The Reuben came on toasted marble rye stuffed with a generous portion of pastrami and sauerkraut. It was dressed perfectly. The pastrami had just the right amount of marbling on the inside and the juices flowed and mixed with the sauerkraut and dressing like it should. Needless to say I felt like I was back in New York at one of my favorite delis. I will most certainly be back.”

“This was my first visit to the Farragut location, and it is very similar to the Bearden location. I love their nutella pączki, but today I had a Boston Creme donut. I always get a lavender latte, because I love it and it is delicious (obviously IMO). Their pączki have a slightly different texture than what I consider the more traditional American donut - it is light, and melts in your mouth - YUM! I was visiting with a friend, and his go-to is the coffee old-fashioned, which looks like a coffee flavored kruller. I have tried several flavors through the years, and I have never been disappointed!”

“A small donut shop on Gay St. in Knoxville. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had coffee that was not the best I ever had but drinkable. I did however have a vegan snickerdoodle donut that was really good. When I hear vegan I think tastes lousy but this was not the case. I'm not a vegetarian but am not opposed to anything that tastes good. It was a good donut. This place is a little expensive but worth a stop.”

“With covid-19, you're not sure how you'll be received at an establishment. I am glad to say we were welcomed with open arms. We were not rushed. Our time was truly our time and we had no pressure. When we did order, the orders were nice, fresh, and correct. Definitely go back to place.”

“I visit this location at least 3 times a week! Sometimes the line can be a little long, but it is worth it! Love seeing Ms. Jamie’s bright and cheerful face every time I drop in! My coffee is always made beautifully and she always remembers my name, which makes my whole day! Give that gal a raise!!”

“Great little coffee shop for students, business, and hanging out in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very calm and clean. They also have a covered outdoor patio for nice days. Lots of coffee and tea options and not too pricy (everything ranges from about $3-$5)”

“Coffee is great like any other Starbucks. I walked in and ordered without waiting in line. Got my drinks pretty quick but they forgot my muffin. Had to go ask for it. In their defense the drive through was slammed so it's easy to forget a muffin.”

“everything is pretty typical at this Starbucks except for how weird the location is placed. It's a little awkward to get to from Chapman highway but once you figure it out it's not a problem. They don't have oat milk at this location so don't bother trying. It's a pretty busy location in some ways but if you're out south Knoxville this is pretty much one of the only places to get coffee. My biggest complaint about Starbucks is that this one uses almond breeze for their almond milk and that stuff is not good.”

“Good food and didn't have to set in line long for the drive thru. Was a very friendly woman at the window. Wish I had gotten her name to mention her on here. Very nice woman. McDonald's needs a lot more staff like her at every location. Thank you ????”

“This is my first time at this coffee shop, and I am fairly satisfied. Prices are a little cheaper than what I’ve seen at other coffee shops, and they have different daily roasts, which is great. There isn’t a huge variety of coffee, but they have the standards, and they also have a decent tea selection. The bar tops are a little high and it’s not as quiet as I would like it, personally, but that’s really nitpicking. Overall, it’s a good local coffee shop.”

“Just googled "biscuits" while passing through Knoxville on a road trip and stumbled across this place. Man was I happy we did! Great biscuits, cool location, and super nice guy running the place. Not sure if he was Matt, Robb, or Matt Robb, but it was nice to see how much pride he took in his shop, and gave us some great recommendations for the area as well!”
