“The crew that's working this evening should all be rewarded, it's Christmas eve and not only are they under staffed but they are trying really hard to go the extra mile and tend to all the customers that McDonald's made wait in their drive-thru line for 20mins prior to their closing time and then decided to tell everyone that they were closed and turned everyone away spite the fact that they were also scheduled to close at 6pm. Good job guys, you are the definition of good customer service.”

“We had a great time, and the waitress was a real sweetheart, very attentive staff, and the food was better than anything else around! They have been in business for a long time, and they draw a good crowd, because they don't just do what everyone else does, they should be proud. We went during the week of Oktoberfest, and it was packed out, everyone I know said that it was the same way even on a regular weekend!”

“The service was great but the food was another story. I ordered the ribs with spinach and a salad. Rolls came with the meal. The ribs were way over cooked. The spinach was oily. The salad was mainly iceberg lettuce and croutons. The raspberry vinaigrette was good and the rolls were also. I would have given it 2 stars if it wasn't for the service.”

“I would say good food and service if you get what you've ordered and don't spend the next 1½ hrs of your time running back and forth trying to get your order corrected. Too often the order will be wrong and you will have to ask for the manager to get it corrected or possibly willingness to correct the mistake(s). Though I once had a manager promise me he was going to prepare my order himself and IT WOULD be correct. He brought out a bacon cheeseburger again!???? I never realized a super Sonic cheeseburger was so difficult to prepare. No ???? really seemed to throw them into a frenzy. Though no one can reimburse your mileage, gas, time and frustration to go back and get the food you ordered, or get your husband out of the doghouse for not checking the order since he knows it's wrong 9 times out of 10. (3 orders finally correct the 4th try. Feel like giving them a lollipop????) Friendly, happy staff. It can be an amusing evening, I have laughed often though they seemed to expect a customer to react with anger. They found it strange I would be laughing so hard I was crying as I watched their difficulty of preparing a cheeseburger!???? In closing it's not all bad, you get a good laugh! It's dinner theatre ????????????. Just try to keep your customers happy. Jam and dance after closing ????????????”
