Great hamburgers on toasted bun

We had a wonderful lunch today. Greatest patty melts we've ever at. And the baked potatoes were awesome. Thank you Snack shack for the best lunch we've eaten in a long time.

Best place to eat in Jasper, always good.

Great every time I go in to get food

The Snack Shack in Jasper is a wonderful little diner. The restaurant features dine in, carry out and drive through services. First off the booths looked to have been recently cleaned even though there wasn't many people in the dining room.
The decor is dated but it functions just fine. The restrooms were also clean but could use a renovation as well. The menu has a fair amount of choices for lunch, dinner, and dessert. Ice cream, milkshakes, snow cones, brownies, cakes and cookies.

We tried the broccoli bites then the chicken strip plate with fries and a salad, as well as the cheese burger and fries
The food was cooked fresh and wasn't greasy. The broccoli bites wasn't whole pieces of broccoli but minced with cheese deep fried. The burger was cooked just right with fresh vegetables. The chicken strips are pretty big and came with a piece of toast. The salad that came with the chicken strip dinner came before the meal and was more along the lines of a side salad. But just the right size.

All in all I would recommend to stop by and visit the friendly staff and enjoy a meal.
