Tough fish, barely warm fries and over done hush puppies. I tried to eat it but I couldn't. Thought about just throwing it away and leave but an employee happened to be near and I explained my situation and I apologized for asking her for help as she didn't take or cook my order/food. I didn't get her name but I'm thankful for her and her willingness to help, empathy for me, a caring heart and gentle soft voice and efficient service. She made things right. If she's not the manager of this location, she should be! I did contact the regional or district manager via email but I haven't heard anything back from her yet. I'm giving 3 stars because of this 1 special lady! Thank you so much! On this note I ask Captain D's to consider the importance of Quality of food vs cost.”

Each time my pizza is ready within moments of me walking in the door at the order time I'm given. The workers are younger, but that has zero bearing on their ability to be friendly and do their job well, which I believe they do. I even had a large order (10 pizzas) over the weekend and one of the workers unprompted helped me carry pizzas out to my car. Thank you!!”

“Wine and good Italian food. I’ve had lunch and a luncheon in one of the rented side rooms. Everything I’ve had so far has been really good. The pizza, the pasta, meatballs, and garlic bread were all great. The pasta isn’t a mushy mess like a lot of places. They also have side rooms available to rent. It also has a cute refreshing atmosphere that I found charming for the area.”
