Excellent chicken sandwich and fries. I got educated on how to use coupons from a thick African American woman. Very professional and nice. My order number 396 on 9/ 18/ 19 at 10:15am.

Tried the new impossible whopper and I didn't like it because it looked undercooked and pink inside, so I called the customer feedback number and they had the manager contact me with an offer for a replacement meal. I got another impossible whopper and this time it was much better. It wasn't perfect but I think they are still working out their procedures for this new burger, and the manager assured me that she would make sure her employees are trained on how to cook the impossible whoppers properly. The fries and soft drink that came with my meals were excellent. Fresh, crispy fries with just the right amount of salt and the soft drink had the right amount of ice in it to be ice cold and was properly carbonated so it tasted fresh.
