Pretty good food and the beer was good too. It was really really crowded, but I didn't feel uncomfortable because the tables were spaced a decent ways away. The noise level was also pretty good. Only knocked one star off because it took forever to get our food.
This was Monday night, July the 9 2019. We walked into what seemed to be an extremely understaffed dining room. We were seated rather quickly but waited quite some time to be greeted. Patrick was our server and from what I could tell he had a lot of tables to attend. Service was extremely slow. But that's not the reason for this review. The reason for this review is to let Patrick know that I was a little too hard on him last night. I didn't ask for a manager and I didn't initially even intend to post this review. But I'm posting it now to express a sincere apology and that I regret being that hard on our server. Patrick if you come across this review again I'm sorry and I regret that I came across as such a jerk. Sincerely, Steven Rice, Knoxville Tennessee.
Great atmosphere! Family friendly! We were quoted a 20 minute wait by the unfriendly host staff however we only waited 10 minutes. We were seated upstairs in a window booth with a fun view. Our waiter was great although he would disappear for long bouts of time. The food was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend the ribs and the fresh broccoli with beer cheese!! We were there on a Monday and they were setting up for karaoke. But the best part was, if you spend $10 at any establishment in Calhoun's village, parking is free for an unlimited amount of time. Pretty amazing when most lots charged $6-10 for parking. So eat, have a fresh beer, and then walk around for a bit!!
I really enjoyed eating here. Huge size and tap beer choices. Very pleased . For a party of 10, the wait was short , but we had a table in the sun and they need to put window tint on the top windows in my opinion. Rumor in town was that management doesn’t treat the staff nice so they have high turnover.
All employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. Food was all cooked correctly and was tasty. Would definitely return again!
Good beer and I enjoyed my burger. I sampled nine beers that came in some decent size sample glasses. I enjoyed their porter and the Cherokee Red the most. The IPA was pretty good and so was the Pale Ale. I've been to Smoky Mountain Brewery every time I've been to Gatlinburg in the past ten years and I've never been disappointed.
