Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria in Elks Plaza

When you're in the South, you don't think Italian, however, Best Italian rivals any Italian restaurant across the country. And, being originally from Chicago, I'm picky when it comes to Italian food. Their portions are huge, garlic rolls to die for! Definitely excellent Italian food. This location is easier to get into than the location in the middle of the strip.

I did not enjoy my meal at The “Best” Italian cafe and pizzeria. The service was decent but the food was lacking. The garlic rolls were decent but bathed in oil. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. The problem is they claim to be the best. The best Italian cafe and pizzeria talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk.

Excellent pizza and service. The food was well worth the price, the pizza was loaded with toppings (even the meats). They didn't concern themselves with saving a $ by reducing the toppings to save money. Instead, they loaded the toppings on and ensured that you were happy with dinner. Their food was very filling and we'll worth the visit.
Service was almost exactly as expected even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing.
