Food was outstanding and the service was even better. Our server (Gage) was super. You get so much food we were stuffed and it was a fun experience for the family. We are going back again 5 days later for my daughter's birthday.

First time eating fondue here and I loved it. Excellent location, free parking with your meal. Excellent service and dinner selections. Seating is cozy with a private atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable.

We went here about half a year ago. Our waiter was a veteran who was extremely professional. We chose the three-course dinner if I remember correctly. Food was amazing, dipping various types of foods into fondue and cooking our food in our own pot was an experience.

10/10 will come back to this place when we come back to Gatlinburg

Food was great, the service was not. They were really slow with only a few tables in the whole place. We were there for over 2 hours. Additionally, I would not recommend getting the 4 course meal unless you have a BIG empty stomach. It was a lot of food. Next time I'll just get the cheese and the dessert because anything more was just super overkill. I also did not like the fact that you have to cook the meat yourself. I'm not a very good cook and couldn't tell whether I was undercooking or overcooking my fish and shrimp. The server wasn't very helpful when I asked her for advice either. If I wanted to cook my own food I would have stayed home. Overall i would go back for the dessert and the cheese part. Maybe try a different location though. The service was just nonexistent.

Seriously the best food ever. Great gluten free options. Safe for celiac. Staff was friendly. Expensive but such a wonderful experience with your loved one. Make sure you make reservations and know this experience takes 2 hours. Yum!
