As for the food, it was standard pub food, good, and hit the spot. 5 stars because of the service and fun atmosphere. “Good food, resonably priced and a friendly staff. My family and I enjoyed a variety of selections including the spicy cheese curds and Jalapeno appetizers. My wife had a delicious salad and I had a tasty grilled chicken sandwich. My nephew had the wings and loved them. My outlaw brother had the BBQ sandwich and enjoyed that as well. “Going for barbecue but ended up getting the smoked meatloaf sandwich, smoked potato salad, and pork rinds. Meatloaf and potato salad 5 stars! Pork rinds was a large serving that came out popping hot (hint opt out of the hot sauce and try dipping in the barbecue sauce). On top of the great tasting food was friendly service and the building had a great atmosphere. Very happy with meal and will be going back!”

“We spent four nights here and had a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were consistently terrific and always something different. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable and the fact that it is owned and operated by family really shines through. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We especially loved the huge wrap-around porch overlooking the garden, grounds and mountains. The location is also a plus; close enough to all the action but far enough away to feel removed from all the hustle and bustle. We have already decided that we will be returning.”
