“I had two meals at Ember and Elm and they were both delicious. The oatmeal was yummy and was a great choice for a light meal. The continental brekkie was also delicious and was packed with all kinds of great options. The menu also includes tons of other options, there just wasn’t enough time to make taste them all. My cousin order the avocado toast and it was delicious and came with two huge pieces of toast loaded with avocado and delicious toppings. My favorite thing about Ember and Elm were the employees. During our first meal we had Noel as our sever and he was very friendly and welcoming. During our second meal we had Amanda as our server and her and the hostess Syd were hysterical. They drew us a picture of a cow we when asked for a cows worth of creamer. Next time I stay at a Dollywood resort I will definitely be visiting for the friendly service and to try other menu items.”

“Will start with the negatives. No military discount. I’ve noticed in the three reviews before me, two legitimately complained about the Salsa. To me it has very good flavor but it is so thin it’s like dipping a chip in tomato juice. My wife and I did bring this up to them in hopes they change it. I’m not sure if it is the brand of tea they use here but mine tasted as if it sat out at room temperature for a long time. It was getting rancid. My wife requested that her salad be put in a separate plate. It did not come the way she requested. Overall the food (especially mine) was very good. The server (Natalia) is new but very kind and helped use try and spruce up their salsa by adding pico. Either way, it was good enough to come back.”

“The best Mexican/Honduran Restaurant in sevier county. The restaurant is under new ownership since Nov of last year and the food is in a whole another level!!! Took my Construction crew to eat lunch and the food was incredible, the portions a very generous and the taste is this even better! The Carne Asada with Fresh tortillas maid to order and the Honduran Baliadas are mouthwatering. A must try if you close by HWY 66 or Seymour.”

“Absolutely delicious!! The cheese dip and truffle bread stack were perfect appetizers. Cedar salmon was awesome! But my husband’s mushroom pasta was out of this world!!! Don't skip on the desserts either!! The lemon one and the caramel one was absolutely perfect!! Roma Table has a much better flavor profile than any restaurant we have had in the county. Most definitely the best Italian place! Larry was our server and he was great!! Very knowledgeable about the menu and flavor profiles. He was very prompt and helpful! Plus he was very kind and the best server we have had in the county!”

“Oh wow! I ordered Junction 35 smash burger and will say, I believe it was the best burger ever! The pimento dip and bacon jam, which I had never tasted, made for an outstanding burger! I didn’t think to take pic until I was well into it lol!! The fried pickles were perfectly cooked as well as the wings! We definitely plan another visit soon! But not only was the food perfect, I must give a shout-out for RAYON!!! He is an incredible asset to the team there! He checked all the boxes on what great service should be!! Hometown Hero’s honors military, first responders, police officers, firefighters and teachers. There walls are covered with pictures of their namesake. “A hidden gem on the way to Gatlinburg. Could easily be missed so pay attention while on the road. A lovely local coffee shop with a home-style decor. Team were super friendly and caring. The pastry were delicious and well worth it. Outdoor seatings are also available and there’s plenty of parking.”
