“We come to this coffee shop 1-2 a week. I love that it is so close to our neighborhood. The employees are always so friendly. My kids love seeing what new treats are in the dessert case, along with their regular favorites. Their coffee is great, I especially enjoy that their cold brew is strong without being bitter/acidic. We have also enjoyed their breakfast menu for brunch on the weekends. When they are not helping customers they are cleaning. They work hard to keep it clean and it shows.I also love that most of the decor and plants are for sale. So if you see an arrangement you like you can buy it on the spot. This place has become a regular spot for us for many reasons.”

“Dreka greeted us on the street we shopped a few min came back here to eat. To say it was DELICIOUS was an understatement. Kayla was our waitress she was great. There is such wonderful ambiance here. You can just sit there and imagine the worlds best blues players playing here. It's decorated with great pics, posters and awards. We had catfish crab cakes. BBQ pork sand, fried green tomatoes and La. Alligator bites. And talk about good portion size It's over the top. Dreka checked on us many times. What a great personality. Kayla was super attentive and very knowledgeable about the foods. The cook walked out and we all complimented him on his works of FANTASTIC food all cooked perfectly. Can't say enough about this place. If you're on Beale St in Memphis, Tn this is a must. You'll be glad you did. Thanks to all at Kings Palace Cafe for your kindness and great service and food. “I was extremely happy to hear this location being built near me. I tried it for the first time today and I was amazed. Very roomy and a comfy vibe. I felt extremely welcomed here by the workers all greeting me and even numerous of them trying to help me. My food was fresh and my drink was tasty. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with recent Starbucks around in Memphis but when I wholeheartedly say this is the BEST location. You have a great staff and I WILL BE BACK!! “The coffee and atmosphere is great, but the salad is a bit of a ripoff. $11 for a cup of lettuce with some other goodies sprinkled in. I’m sure it would have tasted great if they would have included the dressing as well. Unfortunately, I took this to work, so I didn’t have anything on hand. The apples are brown in the picture because I took it with me. Make sure you ask them not to cut it if you’re traveling. Everyone was nice, but yeah.. even if the salad had dressing, not sure if it was worth $11.”

“I usually have a really good experience here, but the past few times have not been great. I place my order online and pick up in store and today I didn't receive my order until 40 minutes past my order time! People who were coming in and ordering were getting drinks faster than my online order. What's the point in having an online order system and if it's not ready in a timely manner? I got to the store 15 minutes after I placed it and had to wait another 20+ minutes. They were very busy this morning, but online orders were not being handled well today”
