“Good fast casual restaurant that’s also open past a child’s bedtime, which is rare for the area. Overall the food is great, burgers mostly. The hamburger buns are interesting, like a very sweet King’s Hawaiian but not enough to be cloying. They pair well with savory burgers. I’d enjoy the menu even more if they served some spicy options, or at least offered fresh/grilled jalapeños instead of their pickled/nacho style peppers. 2 big thumbs up for the rock solid, non-wiggly tables and chairs. 1,000 thumbs down for the same chairs’ insane noise. They basically reproduce Dumb & Dumber’s “most annoying sound in the world” when moved across the floor.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the pork sandwich and shredded chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! The cheesecake deserts look amazing!! Short Fire Protection takes care of their extinguisher inspections, so you know you will be safe if there were ever a fire. The Pho soup should be available in a couple weeks. Highly recommend that you give them a try.”

“Call ahead for reservations because you are going to want to try this place out! We didn't make reservations, but they were kind enough to let us have a table. The gouda Mac won't disappoint. we ordered the quinoa burger and the SOB burger. Both were probably the best we've had in this area!Even the fries we fantastic! House ranch is a must try as well! Overall I think we just fell in love with this place. We will be back!”

“While the food is very good and the food selection is and quality is good. They missed it. Brand new place in a great new building and they went with the lowest cost furniture and decor. Literally made for a bbq shop. Disappointing for Collierville trying to bring something nice. Servers are leaning and growing. They are new but served the food twice without setups and plates and no water. That will eventually be worked out. Place has great potential Great TVSs but all on the same channel woman’s basketball Again will improve”

“We stumbled upon this business, looking for snow cones. They have a different concept. The snow is just like fresh fallen snow. Light, smooth, and flavorful. We had the peach cobbler, the valentines red velvet special and the red velvet milk shake. Also, got a boba energy beverage. For us, the service was outstanding and they were so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating for families and couples. The kiddie area made just for the kids to stay busy while we enjoyed more treats. We will be returning as the weather permits.”

“Freshly made when ordered. Good portions. Amazing taste. Better than sit down restaurant quality. Burritos are Chipotle size but taste better. Quesadilla El Plebe is loaded with every meat they offer (including shrimp, which are perfectly cooked). Pork Torta is amazing. The consomme (that comes with the birria tacos) pairs amazingly with everything. Even their sauces are fantastic. This place deserves more business!”

“The Gluten free & Vegan Smoothie was awesome. I also had a great experience here. I called first to make sure they carried alternative Milk options. The lady that answered was very nice, and said they had products with soy milk. When I got there I checked the bottle of the protein powder they use. She said they had vegan powder too. After checking both, the vegan one is the only one that is strictly plant based using only soy. The other one contains milk and soy. I showed her and she was very grateful for teaching her. I also shared with her about the documentaries: What the Health, Gamechangers, and Forks over knives. She asked me to write it down. She really wants to learn to help her customers. I thought that was awesome. 👍”
