The overall experience was very friendly service with delicious food. The only 2 critiques I have are that the servers seemed uneducated, which beer was dark, and which was light beer 🍺. Also, i am not a fan of the "house ranch" dipping sauce that came with the loaded fries. I would like to have the option of plain ranch without the additives that make it the "house special ranch."
Can't say enough about Nobels, The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The portions are perfect (could honestly make a meal out of the loaded fries appetizer) even with it being a limited menu right now you still have more than enough options. The food was really good and I could tell the patties were hand pressed. Will definitely be back and will bring more family
So glad they finally are open. We got the house made onion rings, loaded fries(served with house made ranch), the chopped salad, the wedge salad, the Pig Pen pizza, and shrimp scampi.
The star of the show was definitely the house made ranch dressing! The onion rings were good, but next time I’ll order them with ranch. The wedge salad was also really good and had a generous amount of blue cheese and bacon for just $3! They house make their pizza crust as well:) I definitely want to try more of their pizzas and a burger next time.
There are some little ‘soft opening’ kinks here and there, but overall a very nice atmosphere that will make an awesome new hangout. Our waitress ended up being very friendly and helpful. The menu is very nice, but not over complicated. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get! We’re so excited about Nobel’s since the only other option is Mexican or a place that used to be cool, but has went downhill fast. If Nobel’s can keep it simple and nice having good prices, a good solid menu and friendly staff, they’ll definitely be a fixture of Carthage❤️
Excited to try Nobels! Great setting in downtown and very nicely decorated! We have heard the pizzas and salads were great but wanted to try a few other items on the menu. We ordered the Blue Cheese Burger with a side wedge and the Caesar Wrap with French Fries. The burger was good; didn’t get the order of bbq sauce; the wrap was sadly way too dry to eat. While we couldn’t give our visit a 5 star, we would definitely be back to try a few other items from their menu!
