“What a great experience! I just moved to the area and wanted to try a fun local spot for lunch. Right away the staff were so kind, courteous and welcoming. Such a wonderful and fun atmosphere. The food was absolutely incredible. Not to mention they have root beer on tap! I cannot wait to go back and try more items. “Great pizza! One of the few pizza places I've been in the US that has salami as a topping. Very authentic. The crust and sauce are also great. I did get a NYC feel with the crust and I thought the sauce had a nice sweetness to it. I just moved to the area so I'll be back for sure! I've spent a lot of time in Boston and NY so happy to see good pizza in TN!”

“My daughter and I stopped by here on a day we'd been traveling all day and were wanting a favorite sandwich we'd had before. My daughter's sandwich has avocado on it, but there were cut up pieces of the peeling and the pit inside as well. The avocado itself was brown and mushy, like it was go by bad. The tomatoes were not ripe and had very little taste. My chicken salad sandwich had the same issue with the non ripe tomatoes, and the bread was so tough I couldn't chew it, once I finally managed to bite off a piece. Everything fell out of my sandwich when I picked it up to eat it. I should have just asked for it without the bread, since that's the way I ended up eating it anyway. My daughter also got a chai and it was so strong she couldn't drink it. We've had Panera bread foods before at home in NC, but we wrongfully assumed that these would be the same.”

“Went on Wild West day. Good food. Chicken and steak was juicy and not dry. Waiter was very friendly and prompt. The cactus bloom was not as good as I expected it to be. The margarita seemed like there was barely any if any alcohol in it. Some of the staff did a line dance to a certain song for fun and entertainment. That was cool. Facility was clean and presentable. Check for daily specials. It could save you some good money.”

If you like hot sauces, this is the place for you.....there were, at least, 15 different types of bottled hot sauces!! The employees are always nice, polite, friendly, helpful and fast!! “My wife and I were looking forward to trying them out. Unfortunately, it was not a good night for the kitchen staff. Catfish was undercooked and not crispy. The fried oysters were the kind that come out of a frozen pack and dropped in grease. Hand breading would work much better for the oysters. Tea was good. The view was beautiful though. Wish the food matched. This place could be great, with a new attitude about food quality.”

“If you had asked me to rate this particular store a year ago my rating would be a 1 or 2 star. Today I give them 4 because the new manager has made such a great difference. The orders are correct and on time, they have not run out of products, their employees have been taught customer service skills. We are very impressed with the improvements. Our hope is that the owner doesn't make him work too much over time, forcing him to leave like the prior great managers. ????”
