“This is our favorite place to eat. We try to eat here at least once a week. So far I have not been disappointed. We just ate at the Johnson City TN location today (memorial day 2019) always great service and the food was so good we had to make ourselves stop eating. I usually get the T-bone but enjoyed the salmon today. Amazing ????”

“Stopped in for a few drinks and dinner. Drinks were cold and very reasonably priced. Dinner was delicious. What made our visit great was our server, Caroline. Great attitude, great service and we never had to wait at all. From our drinks to the food she was on top of it! Great customer service! Ask for Caroline when you go in if you want a great customer service experience! Will be a return customer because of her.”

“Wonderful lunch experience. Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, low lighting and bold colors.The soft jazz music is a good choice. It was nice to hold a conversation without the normal yelling over loud music you get in most chain restaurants. We ordered sushi, a tuna tataki salad, and the vegetable stir fry. Everything looked great and tasted fresh and flavorful. You could certainly bring children here, but I find it better suited for couples or small adult groups. They close between 2 and 5 and also do take out service. There is a bar to order from or sit at to enjoy your drink or wait on take out. We will return for lunch service again.”

“I received a coupon online for a free Magnificent Seven breakfast so my husband and I decided to go there for breakfast. So glad we did. The meal was delicious. Everything came as ordered and they provided a wonderful large carafe of fresh coffee at our table, bigger than I hope. We didn't have to ask for refills. Our wait staff was very friendly and made sure to check back often to see if there was anything we needed. The restaurant was very clean and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Bathrooms were also well cleaned and stocked. Definitely suggest going there for a good meal, breakfast or dinner.”

“I am once again a fan of this franchise and this store in particular; but the location is at a very heavily trafficked area especially at rush hour...hence 4 stars. Super friendly service and consistently made pizzas...you can build one and there's thin crust without skimping on ingredients! The pretzel crust pizza should be outlawed--It's so good, but eat bites of salad to keep the arteries flowing! It's my go to pizza place again! Special thanks to (Hunter) whose super friendly demeanor makes it a joy to come back????. Keep up the good work!”

“When I go in here the counters are usually sticky and the soft drink machine is out of ice or the drink I fancy. The staff for the most part are friendly when I've dine in, but when this location first opened it was so much better, sadly those 'up-beat creative greeting' people no longer work there. I ordered beans and rice on my last visit and it smelled very weird. The fried chicken was good, but sadly I won't frequent this location anytime soon.”

“Honestly, I have been here several times and they are consistently good. I have had their whitefish, their burgers, and yesterday I had their Chicken tenders platter and that was extremely delicious. Plus, those fries! They are just right. My son was so busy eating pizza he didn't notice the server stopping by to keep his tea refilled. He asked me if the cup was magical! The cup wasn't magical but the service was. “From the minute that I walked in the door I felt like a member of the family. The service from the employees here are amazing. I ordered my sandwitchs quickly and checked out also and because it was a hot sandwich I had to wait a few moments. This was not an issue though as the employees constantly kept me apprised of what was going on and the reasons for delay and then thanked me for being patient and while not necessary apologized I had to wait a 2 to 3 mins. All of the employees have outstanding manners and treat you as of you were a member of their family. I have to drive a few extra miles to get to this location from my office. But you better believe the additional millage is well worth the extended time and distance to have the over the top customer experience you get at this Jersey Mike's!!! “Ordered 2 large 2 topping thin crust pizzas. Neither one was fully cooked midway to center. The crusts were like hard potato chips but was super chewy in the middle. They were not doughy but not cooked properly. There was minimal flavor also. Very poor quality ingredients were used. Seems pizza hut has decided to go the cheap-o way with poor quality ingredients while maintaining prices that would indicate better quality than being used. Was very disappointing.”
