“My wife and I were traveling through Mount Juliet, considering a possible relocation to this neighborhood. We stopped at Longhorn because we wanted something decent to eat. From the moment we stepped through the door, our experience was definitely above par. We were great at the moment we walked in, and immediately shown to a table. Our server was with us promptly, was very friendly, and checked in on us frequently throughout the meal. Our drinks never ran dry. Our food was brought out quickly, and was delicious. The manager himself stop by to ask about our experience was. It’s like everyone in this restaurant was really happy to see us, and was happy to do their jobs. It was amazing. I don’t encounter experiences like this at any type of restaurant very often. I felt like I was at a five-star steakhouse. I have to say, this wonderful experience further reinforced our love for Mount Juliet and our consideration of relocating there. We will definitely be back to this Longhorn.”

“I was greeted by the friendly manager. While she took my order we chatted and I told her I lived out of State and once a year when I'm in TN I make sure and go to BoJangles. My food was ready quickly and the server was very nice. Now to the food; The Chicken was as good if not better than the last time. I tried the Mac n Cheese for the first time and it was nice and creamy. There was a man by the name of Bill helping clean the dining area. He was very good at his job and the girl that was training was very kind to Bill. I'll be back”

“I have came in and visited this store almost daily, and have came in on every shift expect overnights. Crystal on first shift is very rude, and treats people very poorly (unless you are man, then she bats her eyes) she needs an attitude adjustment. Coco on different shifts is amazing! She's always smiling, polite, and goes the extra mile to make her customers happy. I will only come in now when Coco is working. She definitely makes it worth my time to come into this store. I will no longer continue to come in on first shift sadly. Employees should take notes from their coworker for sure! Their is a few others that should learn to get off their phones while working with the food and and on the register but over all I love this store! And will continue to do business here as long as certain people work there.”

“Got a medium pizza, 20 piece wings and fries. Literally waited 3x as long as I was supposed to but that's understandable cause it's a Saturday night. The food though was pretty much inedible wings where undercooked and soggy, same with the pizza it looked like it was sitting for a couple days. Barely any fries in my fry bag and they where so undercooked and had absolutely no flavor but I didn't expect much for 1.99. I only gave this place a 3 star instead of a 1 cause the manager was super cool and refunded me cause I didn't feel like driving 8 miles there and 8 miles back from my hotel.”

“Was extremely busy just afternoon, 28 minute wait. The only disappointment was not the actual business related. But to watch a grown man (over 40) and his teenage age children literally race to the bench seat when the people that had been setting there get called to their table. This "race" was around my 20 something year ole daughter that is due in a couple weeks and is big as a house obviously pregnant! Then to set there for 15 mins like nothing is wrong. Am I bias? Naturally I am, but after the zero manners having poor excuse of a father figure and man. Was called up. Not only did my 75 year old mother, my daughter but a older lady that just walked in got to set down. Back on track to the outing. As stated, very busy but the team of 3 servers together got us our food, kept drinks filled and checked on us. Food was great and the experience was wonderful for everyone (except me still thinking how sad it is that general manners do not exist). Part of my faith in humanity was restored with a couple that were very aged separately stopped by to tease and enjoy my 2 year old grandson as did a few of the wait staff which added to the positive experience. First time there for myself and will return”

“Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Instrumental Asian music playing softly in the background, very Zen. There were just two other parties when I arrived one left shortly afterwards. I was dining alone, and service was sparse to say the least. I had time to wait so it didn't bother me but service was slow. Sushi was very good, everything made to order of course. I would recommend this place as long as service is better during busy times.”
