“My daughter and I stopped by here on a day we'd been traveling all day and were wanting a favorite sandwich we'd had before. My daughter's sandwich has avocado on it, but there were cut up pieces of the peeling and the pit inside as well. The avocado itself was brown and mushy, like it was go by bad. The tomatoes were not ripe and had very little taste. My chicken salad sandwich had the same issue with the non ripe tomatoes, and the bread was so tough I couldn't chew it, once I finally managed to bite off a piece. Everything fell out of my sandwich when I picked it up to eat it. I should have just asked for it without the bread, since that's the way I ended up eating it anyway. My daughter also got a chai and it was so strong she couldn't drink it. We've had Panera bread foods before at home in NC, but we wrongfully assumed that these would be the same.”

“If you had asked me to rate this particular store a year ago my rating would be a 1 or 2 star. Today I give them 4 because the new manager has made such a great difference. The orders are correct and on time, they have not run out of products, their employees have been taught customer service skills. We are very impressed with the improvements. Our hope is that the owner doesn't make him work too much over time, forcing him to leave like the prior great managers. ????”

Lots of traffic comes through this spot but the staff seems to weave through the crowds quickly. They have a very nice outdoor seating area near a play area for kids. Best to go during the Hot and Ready time or whatever it is called with the sign lighting up. The regular donuts are best to get during that time. However the regular donuts and some of the creme filled or frosted ones are pretty good leftover after being heated in microwave few a few seconds too.”
