“The best thing to happen to Bastrop in a long while! Abelitos has DELICIOUS sweet & savory crepes and the owners are incredibly friendly and all about service. Enjoy the rest of the food truck court while you're here, complete with a nicely shaded, fanned, and misted outdoor area with tables and chairs. Cannot recommend this place more highly. You simply must try a crepe with strawberries, Nutella, and a scoop of ice cream!”

“I've been here twice. Both times were outstanding. I tried their lasagna - so tasty and fresh. And their Ethiopian plate is really flavorful and perfectly spiced. The service was awesome too - they're such nice people. I can't wait to go back!”

“Flavor explosion!! Have you ever been to a food truck park, with so many options, and you catch a smell that tells your brain to turn that direction? The sweet smell of pecan wood, rolling out the smoke stack, definitely is the start of something you know is going to be a wonderful tastebud adventure. After tasting, almost everything on the menu, I can say my tastebuds were in overdrive. From the slow smoked pulled pork tacos to the slow smoked pulled pork Mac and cheese, the smoked armadillo egg, the double smash burger with double smoked bacon and everything in between, you will be back, like I did, to excitedly work your way through the numerous menu options. The awesome thing is that new items are rotated in weekly but they still keep the staples that you can come back for daily. Let me also add that the vegan/vegetarian options with smoked fruits and veggies are top notch. The smoked Jack fruit tastes just like pulled pork. If you love smoked food, not just traditional BBQ, you absolutely have to add Smoked Love on your list of places to try on your next trip through Bastrop or to your lunch rotation for the locals. Thanks Thomas and Smoked Love for the absolute best smoked food options and hospitality in Bastrop!”

“Amazing bbq! Probably the best I’ve had. The brisket was cooked perfectly and the RIBS! We got mac n cheese, red beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. They were all so good. The staff were all cool and the restaurant it’s self is chill. We will definitely be back!”

“Let me tell you about this yummy find! We stumbled upon this gem 2 years ago and they catered our vow renewal. They have a Facebook page that keeps you up to date on daily specials and all the events. I had been drooling over their page for weeks and finally was able to make it in. Well I decided to come by on a Thursday and have lunch. The catfish was fresh and cooked just right. The Mac and cheese and the waffle stole the show!! I love chef scales Mac! And guess what we came right back the next day and had the catfish Opelousas with crawfish sauce. Ooooohhhh and that crab ball is so worth it. I want just a whole plate of them!!”

“I’m so happy there’s finally a healthy in Elgin and I don’t have to spend all my money at Starbucks. Their loaded teas are amazing. They taste great and they actually give me more energy than coffee. I can’t drink energy drinks at all but these don’t give me any of the jitters. And don’t get me started on the smoothie bowls. 20/10 If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out.”

“I've had very limited exposure to this place but the pork belly burnt ends almost had me weeping with joy. I could literally eat them every day. I can also vouch for the corn. Delicious. These guys know what they're doing.”

“As good as it can get!! I will start by saying I do grind my own burgers at home, but the the Location of Smash Daddies drew us in. The service was super friendly and there is covered seating outside. They burgers did take a bit, but this is far from fast food…everything came out piping hot…burgers were juicy and griddle crisp..Fries were GBD (Golden Brown Delicious) and the rings were the real deal! Queso definitely on point…and personally wish it was offered as an appetizer with chips and salsa…Along with a great selection of beers from the Brewery…it was a fantastic visit!!”

“There's a ton of staff ready to help you there. Theater is super clean. Drinks from the bar are well made. I haven't been to the movies since before the pandemic but apparently they don't do free refills on popcorn or drinks anymore thanks to the pandemic so be ready to spend more on snacks. But that's the only downfall I can think of.”

“We went to the grand opening of this brewery. What a great addition to Smithville!!! And what a beautiful spot!! This brewery backs up to the little Smithville airport. They have a few acres and it's just wonderful!!! They had great cold beer on tap, a limited selection of wines and even a food truck on site for the grand opening. Looking forward to coming back here again soon!”

“The people that work here are real, straight forward, and friendly. The service is prompt. I’ve been in, and out of this place every few days for almost 2 years now. The place is a little beat up, but no one and nothing is perfect but God Himself. 👍🏼👍🏼😝”
