Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

Rudy's is one of the better chain BBQ locations you can visit. It is informal and relatively quick. Most important, is that it is absolutely tasty. Parking is good with easy entry and exit for a wheelchair or someone who uses a cane. Sweet tea is spot on, and while they do offer unsweetened tea, who would bother drinking It? Sweet tea and RC cola are quintessential beverage standards in the South, with Dr. Pepper, Shines beer, and others being regional favorites here in Texas. Banana pudding? Yep, they have that as well, and it too taste great. You would have to go to a specialty Mom and Pop BBQ location to exceed the offerings at Rudy's.

We ate here today and was greeted as soon as we entered the door. Never been here before I told the lady at the counter. Okay they will give you samples of their meats to try we got turkey and brisket samples. They were so moist and tender. My friend loved brisket sandwich and my pork was good. They have sauce on tables and a fixins bar. Restrooms and restaurant are handicapped accessible. One suggestion would be handicapped parking close to the restaurant but this was not an issue as we had parking close. We return. For a sandwich, 2 sides, and drink for 2 we paid about 26.00 dollars.

Excellent customer service. Baby back ribs and cutters choice both cooked to perfection. Awesome experience every time and Veterans/Military receive a discount, what more could you ask for?

Great places to go with a large group. Plenty of family style seating and very clean. They make you feel at home and will try to make you as happy as possible. The moist brisket sandwiches are great and the potato's are huge and very filling. Good BBQ.

Customer oriented experience! Right away they ask if its your first visit. Immediately solicit samples for you to try before ordering. Orders are tailored by weight and even number of ribs. Sides are alright. The salad bar station is great and full of choices to pair with food. Restaurant is clean and inviting. Overall nice joint to stop in for some BBQ.
