Absolutely superb. Easily one of the best overall experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. A true farm to table experience with daily menu changes that highlight offerings from their garden and locally sourced proteins. If you're wanting to impress, look no further.
Absolutely perfection
incredible atmosphere
The most delicate high quality meats and dishes and presentation.
Accommodated are large party and kids. Perfect place for special occasion and anniversary. Highly recommend. Service was above and beyond.
I cannot wait to go back!!!
Picnic tables outside. Covered porch. Inside seating. All food is fresh. Seasoning directly from the garden. All staff is wonderful. They explain everything about the food. Large bathroom. Very expensive. Portion sizes are very small. The plating was elegant. Think the chef could compete on chopped. Nice place to experience. I was so cold, the staff even brought out a shawl for me.
The best meal I've ever had. Produce as fresh and local as a nearby stream where Chef Jacob and his team forage for wild onions and other seasonal herbs. Flavors so well-crafted that words fail and you're left sitting in awe of the subtle flavors woven together. Each new bite carries a different but equally magnificent flavor profile.
A warning to some: this is not your average restaurant with a list of vegetable sides and 'house salads.' This is a restaurant where food is more than nutrition. Expect a composed dish where all of the ingredients collaborate to create something more than their parts. Or better yet, expect nothing, and let the team at Ramble show you what food can be. Here, each dish has a story behind it, and, in this story, Chef Jacob is the author. Each garnish, each farm-fresh ingredient, each course are like so many words and chapters in his story. My advice is to listen to his story and let him tell it as it is intended to be told.
Please note this review is for the interior restaurant. I haven't eaten at the farmhouse grill yet, but I'm very excited to.
Everything about Ramble is exactly what you need. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt welcomed by the staff. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Chef Jacob's menu made it hard to decide on a main course. We enjoyed the light, playful flavors. I highly recommend Ramble to anyone looking for a lovely experience.
