Great brisket and chicken. Solid Texas BBQ with the advantage of being at a craft brewery on a spring feed creek. It just doesn't get better!

My husband and I were In town for 2 days, decided to stop by after a walk in the creek, let me tell Y'all, we were not disappointed.. that brisket was on point.. and them home cut fries were just as good... we will definitely stop in again. Thank Y'all so much. Y'all should think about bottling that sauce 🤣🤣 I would of bought 6 to take back to orange tx with me

A large group of us were there for dinner. Chicken was FABULOUS. It was tender and the flavor was great. The beans were INCREDIBLE. Love the touch of beef in them. Husband loved the beef slices. The burnt ends were something I have never had AND I LOVED THEM. To top it off, literally,
the sauce was perfect. Thick, sweet with a little pop of spice. SO GOOD. Atmosphere was so pleasant. Kids had the freedom to run around and not bother others. We will be going back for sure.

All that is left of 1lb. of brisket is the paper it came in. The brisket was so tender and moist, I highly recommend it. The Cole slaw was also excellent. Thick strips of cabbage and slightly tart with a hint of sweet. Very satisfying and light.
