“Cotton Patch has great, friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. Large variety of dishes to choose from. For starters, Jimmy and I shared an order of fried dill pickles that were hot, very crispy with the batter, and not greasy at all. Jimmy chose the the new skillet steak, with mushrooms and sauce over mashed potatoes that came with fried okra, and he also chose a side of black eyed peas. I had the chicken fried chicken breast that was large, very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with their white gravy. My two sides were old fashioned green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. We got a skillet of their new cornbread with cheese, jalapeno, and corn. If you like your cornbread a little on the sweet side, it's great. Our preference, is no sweetness to the cornbread. Our server, Haley, checked on us often to make sure we didn't need anything. She was very knowledgeable regarding the dishes on the menu. Very friendly, courteous, and pleasant. This was my third visit to the Cotton Patch Cafe. The food and service has always been consistent.”

“Typical sit down restaurant. Service was fast and friendly, food was also out quickly. One error with our order the rest was correct. Not overly crowded, we were in prior to the lunch rush, but seemed pleasantly open with customers coming in. Food was tasty but as with most restaurant the flavor was there minimal but there, I suppose in order to be eaten by the masses, it was still good, and hot. Server was very friendly and ensured we were doing well.”

“Clean atmosphere...Staff was friendly and the food was great. My boyfriend is a fussy eater and he even complimented the staff before we left. .. We had the fish tacos and regular fish and chicken combo.The fish tacos had cabbage and a creamy tangy mildly hot sauce that was really tasty . The hush puppies are crispy/ soft and sweet- not overly greasy. I also noticed grilled fish on the menu. The staff brought the food out to us which really impressed us- a really friendly gesture in these impersonal overly stressful times . A quick , fun lunch reminiscent of beach vacations.”

“Great staff when I have been there. Try the butterbeer...it is yummy. It is like walking into The 3 Broomsticks. And the candy shop by them has a ton more Harry Potter stuff! At this time the reward app glitches regularly...3rd party rewards app and not the stores fault. I reccomend checking the tablet in store to see the correct rewards available.”

“Absolutely pleased with this location! Today during the lunch rush time. I pulled up to get my order they handed me the wrong food on accident with is okay. They quickly fixed the situation and had me with the food in less than 5 min. They even refunded my order for inconvenience they thought they were causing. They were very quick and efficient! The line through the drive through was very quick and then when I had to wait for them to bring my order I didn’t have to wait long at all! Props to all the hard workers! Fast food can be a very hard job especially during the rush lunch hour. These folks handled everything very fast and with great customer service! Thank y’all for doing an awesome job!
